Dined there yesterday with a party of 5. The food and service was amazing. We all had chicken gnocchi soup and it was delicious. I had the 5 cheese ravioli in a blush sauce and that was delicious also. I like that you can pick from several homemade pastas and sauces and add shrimp or meatballs to create your own dish!! Portion sizes are great too. We finished with homemade cannolis and cookies for dessert. Can't wait to go back again for a great meal and live music on a Saturday nite!!! Thank you!!

Limited menu so that tells you what they have they do well. Definitely not frozen pasta like all the other places around. Want pasta that is above the rest this is it. Either here or Dipolos. This guy will do well this summer when he starts seafood ravioli. Everyone in the area needs to try this place and support this dude. He knows what he is doing ??? Oh and the review who gave one star? Probably a nearby competitor who never smelled fresh basil in real gravy.

I was so excited when I seen this place open up, but i am disappointed to say that it is not what I was expecting. The food was not up to tier with how their posts come off, very unprofessional, and very unorganized. Maybe I would try again if they became a stronger restaurant.

“Not a bias review”My brother Matthew Fazzio and his fiancée Alyssa have have been working hard on this dream for years. Even during the dark times of the pandemic I witnessed the hard work put in and it’s just amazing to see it alive today. I grew up eating homemade pasta so I could never justify spending the money for a restaurant to serve me something out of the box. The pasta at Fazzio’s is made fresh right behind his doors in Salem NJ using all local products. THE FOOD IS AMAZING. I’m just happy I no longer have to dirty my own kitchen to experience the delicious standard of pasta in its true form. Thank you Matt and Alyssa for your hard work to bring such a unique Restaurant and product to Salam NJ and bringing back tasteful memories.

I was very excited to try this new restaurant in town but I was very displeased with my meal. I ordered penne alla vodka but what I got was rigatoni with sausage and meat sauce. My pasta and sausage were undercooked, the staff in the back was very loud, it reeked of weed, and the owners seemed unprofessional. Wouldn’t classify that as “fine dining”.

I ordered take out for lunch and got the caprese grilled cheese. It was light but filling and the cheese to veggie to balsamic ratio was perfect! Service is quick and professional.I’ve also previously had a dinner that was catered by them and had the vegan rigatoni bolognese, the Sicilian orange salad, sweet potato fries, and cannolis. I’ve never had orange salad before then and it was a game changer. Also I had no idea the bolognese was vegan until someone told me, and being the only non-veg/vegan in a house of veg/vegans, I’ve had a lot of meat substitutes before that never tastes like the real thing….well this did.I was talking to the owners and learned most of their products are locally sourced. They involved the whole community when making their menu!I cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely amazing food from a local family run business with options for the whole family.

We dined in this afternoon, I had the Sicilian Orange Salad, Grandma Vivian Ravioli, and a Butter Pecan Biscotti for dessert. My companion had Tomato Soup, vodka macaroni. It was delicious.

Great place right in downtown Salem. Amazing fresh made pasta and other delicacies. I highly recommend.
