They make many mistakes with the food orders. Many times I didn't get what I ordered in the bag at the drive-thru. Many times I asked for a Coke zero and they gave me regular Coke. Many times my french fries was cold or lukewarm

Stopped for a quick lunch on a road trip. Don't stop here! All kinds of shady characters hanging around and it took 22 minutes to get food! I went inside to order because the drive thru line was long. Promptly took my order but they clearly concentrated on drive thru only.

absolutely terrible service. We couldn't sign into app to say we were there for curbside pick up so we showed them confirmation and everything and we paid for it and then refused to make it after we already paid for it. management is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!

Pulling driver thru customers to parking spots to save your drive thru time is beyond frustrating. 2 cars ahead of me and all three of us got parked with maybe one or two people inside getting food. Your low timer doesn’t change anything when your customers still spend 10 minutes waiting on “fast food”

Never order food from this McDonald's after 9pm, or maybe 10pm. This wasn't even worth the 20 min wait in the line at the drive-thru. We got our food & my wife said that the fries tasted like they were at the bottom of the deep fryer & someone was too lazy to make a fresh match of fries. My Filet-O-Fish sandwich didn't even fit on the bun, and the cheese was a rectangular piece that didn't even fit on the fish. It also looked a little moldy. I'd rather take the ride to Pennsville or Woodstown or Penns Grove next time if I wanted a late-night snack. The only thing that was decent was the drinks we had.

I ordered off of McDonald's app like I always do and got a great deal on a Chicken Deluxe Sandwich which came with free medium fries. The drive thru was busy because they just closed the inside and it's also Sunday. I don't eat as much as I used to at McDonald's, but when I do I always use their app because I save money and earn rewards.
The worse fries and crispy chicken that I have ever seen from a McDonald's. The chicken was barely warm. And both the chicken and fries looked and tasted very greasy. And it looked like the fry oil had not been changed in a long time. Darkest fries I've ever had. And I owned a restaurant.

We ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, and it came LOADED with breakfast sauce. It was disgusting. The sandwich was literally sliding apart from it. We had to wipe it off.
On another occasion, our McGriddle was half hard! Please don't bother giving us credit. We're just not going to get McDonalds anymore.
