I was referred to Willows Wisp bakery by a friend of mine to bake my daughter’s wedding cake. I was in a panic because I waited too long to order this cake but Ashley provided a very calm and positive assurance that she had it covered! I sent her a picture of the cake my daughter requested and she came through for us. Not only was the cake exactly what we wanted but this cake was exquisite. Everyone LOVED this cake. My first time in the bakery after driving by multiple times a week. Really nice people and super helpful. I trIed their croissants, their chocolate crumb cake, their Raspberry crumb cake and their cold brew. All were really good and I will definitely be going back to try more of their food. The only issue I have is they are only open until 4pm which is good for stopping in on your way to work, but I would love to be able to pick stuff up on my way home.
This is the greatest hidden gem in Salem! The pastries are out of this world! They the crumb cake! Or the blueberry cinnamon muffin! Or, order a strawberry shortcake! This is a masterpiece, and all agreed the best we’ve ever had!
