I ordered a couple of things including a large order of fries, my husband went to pick it up and when he got home that we open the platters there was only a couple of fries in a large platter, we called the store and then they called us back and said there was nothing they could do about it because they do not count the fries for the orders, never buying there again first and last time.

This was my first and last time ordering large fries. When I opened the large fries, I found only 24 fries inside. The food was not good, and there was a fly in the rice. I called to inform them, but the guy said there was nothing he could do. I realize now that it was a mistake to eat there because there were a lot of flies in the lobby and a strange smell.

I do NOT recommend this place. The restaurant smell like strong cigarettes. I asked a few people who were walking in how was the food and they all responded that the food was ‘okay’ . But once I ordered the food I tasted it at the restaurant and it was completely nasty. Words can not explain. But the man at the counter was nice enough to refund me my full amount paid.

I don't order much from Welcome Chinese restaurant, but I gave it a try yesterday. I was very disappointed! The egg foo young was very gritty as though it was dropped on the floor and still served. I called the establishment and it was explained that thegrittiness was fodue to the eggs! ????.. This will be the last time I get anything from Welcome Chinese restaurant!

I order food from here all the time. I order today and it has taken them over an hour and a half to deliver an order of wings. I am a health care worker…I have specific break times. I ordered my food and hour before my break time purposefully to get it on time. Unfortunately that is not the case.
