DIRTY!!! Used to be great not sure if it’s new owners or not, the place is dirty. I was drinking my coffee something appeared at the top of it
I stirred it and it was a cockroach! Stay away!

Brunch Box was such a cute little surprise! From the outside, it looks like a hole in the wall, but once you walk in, it’s nicely decorated and has such a chill vibe. I ordered the berry cream frappe, and my boyfriend got a coffee. Both were pretty good. For food, I had the chicken and waffles, and he got the bacon, egg, and cheese. The presentation was nice, but the flavor wasn’t really there for me. My boyfriend mentioned he’s been here before and loved the pizzettes, so I might try that next time. Staff was friendly, and overall it’s a nice spot to grab brunch.

Great spot, it saddens me to see it empty sometimes when I come in. However, they have great food, great service, family-owned. I've tried the chicken and waffles as well as their frittata. All made to order, delicious. Recommend this spot to anyone.

We were happy that we decided to give it a try. Came in for breakfast and everything was delicious! Don’t be deceived as it looks small but there is plenty of seating! Food, service and prices were great so we’ll be coming back for sure. Definitely recommend for breakfast and we’re looking forward to come back to try other options for brunch.

The place was clean and waitress was nice. People shouldn't be so hard on small businesses like this while big businesses are nothing but money hungry. This business is great and they shouldn't have to worry about the Karens and Chads whining about every little thing.

This is a great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Food was very good and quick. Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes like the bubble waffles, frittata and pizzettes!
Megan was amazing and very attentive to our table and the others she was taking care of! Great experience and service!
