I place a drive thru mobile order several times a week. I’ve never had an issue with my order. All the team members are friendly and address me by name. Lulu is usually the team member at the window. She always has a big smile and a friendly good morning. She is definitely an asset to Dunkin Donuts.

Terrible. Never going here again. Waited in line for almost 15 min for $4.45 hot milk, what should have been a latte. They forgot the espresso, and there is no one to answer phone call when i tried to call to complain. Ridiculous, dunkin getting so bad at so many locations i almost dont want to get coffee there anymore. How hard is it to make a coffee right? And for what you pay, its a joke. And no one to talk to about it but learning reviews

This Dunkin is the worst!!! The girl who is always on drive messes up my drink literally every single time and i pay for extra flavor so you should give me my extra flavor instead she just walk to the other side to pretend she is doing something and she gives me the same exact drink!!!! Please don’t waste your money they won’t give you your stuff right anyway
