Everyone was saying this place has bad customer service the girls that take drive through orders are very rude they act like they don’t want to work and hate people what type of nonsense is that if you don’t like serving people don’t work in fast food simple zero out of 10 go to a different place I wish this place close down they need new staff

Ibal was so nice and so was the supervisor the one down the road sucks this one is 10000 times better make the 3 min commute difference spotswood sucks this one is amazing

I place a drive thru mobile order several times a week. I’ve never had an issue with my order. All the team members are friendly and address me by name. Lulu is usually the team member at the window. She always has a big smile and a friendly good morning. She is definitely an asset to Dunkin Donuts.
