I was working a night shift and went to the store at around 8:30pm for coffee. The doors were unlocked, the lights were on, but no employees were present. We waited for a bit, but no one came out so we left.

This place is a total joke. LAZY employees. I had ordered a croissant with cream cheese to eat while I was as driving to work and instead of them doing their job, they put a knife and the cream cheese in the bag to do it myself. What am I paying for? My main reason of stopping and getting breakfast is because I want to eat it right away. I never had this lazy people experience at any dunkin before. By the time I get to work, I have to reheat it. What’s the point? What a disappointment. Shame. Don’t recommend this place to anyone, just go somewhere else.

I have went here a couple times and each time I go, they do not fail to disappoint. The food is always horrible and have to throw it out sometimes. I have had enough and decided to write a review about this place. Go to a different dunkin and you won’t be as disappointed as me.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for a while, but lately the customer service has gotten really bad. The last few times I’ve visited, the staff have been rude and dismissive. When I politely asked for napkins at the drive-through, someone literally threw them at me without saying a word. That’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The quality of the food has also gone downhill—my order has been stale or poorly made on more than one occasion. Most recently, I asked to have a drink corrected because it wasn’t made right, and the employee told me to “just leave.” I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.
This used to be my go-to spot, but until things change, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience was awful. The mini bagel with cream cheese was still frozen, and the donuts were moldy. I should have known better; this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. While the service was okay and relatively fast, the food quality was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone got sick from eating here.

I always try and get an iced coffee around 930 and this place always closed or only selling stale old hot coffee. Just change your hours if you aren’t going to serve anyone.

I got coffee and breakfast this morning 05/01/25. I got a sausage egg and cheese wrap and when I took a bite a huge piece of hair was not only in the wrap but I had some in my mouth. I’m so sick to my stomach I vomited 🤮 this is unsanitary and disgusting! 🤢 idk why they don’t make their employees wear hair nets and make them slick back their hair! I will never go back! I’m so sick to my stomach! To the left side in the cheese you will see the hair! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
