Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be very good at one point but it seems that as the franchise expanded, they got greedier just like every other fast food corporation. I haven’t complained publicly before but this is the third time in a row where I’ve received terrible quality of food. Our bagels literally had no cream cheese in it and they forgot my hashbrown. Who wants to pay $5+ for basically just a bagel? Prices are ridiculously high and I feel like they keep increasing them every few months too. You’ll see other reviews talking about the same thing, but it seems that they don’t care anyway. Avoid this location and/or franchise and get your bagels from a local shop instead. I won’t be going back.

I ordered everything whole wheat bage with fresh salmon and scallions cream cheese. The sandwich barely had any salmon in it! When I told the worker and the manager about the service I'm paying for ($14+), the worker shook his head like not paying attention to what I had to say of a complaint all I had to get in return from the manager was a free Bagel on the house!! I absolutely refused and said no, thank you! Next time, give the customer the right amount of food they paid for. I took some pics to prove what I have to say! A slice of salmon and a slice of tomato! Every other bagel store I go to I always get the right amount of quantity of food! So unacceptable ?
I got the most simplest thing in the world, a bagel with cream cheese. There is no way that you can really mess up a bagel with cream cheese right ? Wrong ! I opened it up and there was nothing there. $5 on just bread ? That's ridiculous. The picture is absolutely self explanatory. The bagel is thin , yes I liked it scooped out but there's no excuse for a bagel with cream cheese to look like this. There's maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. There's no excuse for a bagel and cream cheese to look like this especially for $5. I will not be coming here again.

One of the best bagel place in area...idk why there are bad reviews. Crew is awesome, bagels are fresh and soft, they have variety menu and new items in the board.. ambience is also good...in all it's a good place to start your day. 4 ⭐ because prices are little on the expensive side but prices are competitive to the market.Enough parking and sitting space, fast service and FREE cream cheese bagel on sign up.Loved the place and will definitely visit again for trying other menu items!!P.S. Jalapeno salsa cream cheese was awesome

Awsome place to have breakfast. We went on friday and we were amazed by the amount of bagels and rolls they had as in variety. Must try they jalapeños cedar roll and hash brown. Service was awsome, food came in quick and fresh. This place has dine-in and takeout options, plenty of parking available.Also there is free bagel with cream cheese upon signup. Lots of veggie options available.
