I just ordered 3 empanadas and a shake (the usual) and paid cash. Once I was told the total , I noticed it was off. I asked for the receipt and the lady did not want to give it to me. I peeked at her receipt and I see they charged me $3 for maintenance fee + taxes . I questioned it and the lady said it was a new system. I asked to speak to management and they told me they charging that because of the labor ( to pack 3 empanadas). I questioned the gentleman as to why I wasn’t told before I made the purchase and he said he has to talk to the manager. Insane !

We got seated and 5 minutes later asked to switch table , they bring the wrong appetizer at first , main course they switch our steaks and how we wanted cook
Service was poor ( only 2 waiters for all tables in restaurant)
Bill came already with tip included ( personally seems wrong when party it’s 2 people ) and a charge of $45 for a watering sangria
Way to pricey , specially if service not there
And I don’t blame the waiters , they were attentive but unfortunately for them to much on their plates
They lost a customer in me for sure

I don't know where to start; We saw good comments about this Restaurant and my husband, that's why before getting home he stopped and ordered food; The flavor was very regular; extra salty; portions nothing to see and overprice; 13 dollars for a mini arepa and five pieces of chicharrón?really??? also the flavorless pandebono and its apacharruado presentation ?anyway I give it one star; Well, authentic Colombian has good flavor and good portions; I DO NOT recommend it and that's why I don't even feel like going ?when it's good it doesn't hurt to pay!! Save time and go to Elizabeth better!!

The first time I visited I tried the appetizers, you have the best tostones in the area, they are completely natural, they have a wide variety of empanadas, I recommend the sweet ones (nutella and banana), I also loved the chicken one. The second time I tried the entrails; unique flavor compared to other places, the service is good, the waiters make you feel at home and explain the entire menu in the best way. Recommended 100%
