I don't understand how they have the ratings they do. Their sushi and milk teas are amazing!!! The workers are quiet and to themselves, but they're not rude. They do an excellent job at providing what you need. And they're fast. I come here a few times a month. Def worth coming here!!

I don’t know why there’s such bad reviews but I love their sushi. My favorites are sunny roll and Godzilla roll. They always taste fresh, and good size. I would take a picture but it’s in my stomach now. It’s so good.

I’ve literally been eating here for years, and I’ve been a customer since they owned the previous location near wawa. I’ve read some reviews saying how it is unwelcoming here and I’d just like to say that the owners have been nothing but nice to me, they ALWAYS say hello, and are decent people. The food is so good, and it’s very clean at the restaurant, I’ve never been unsatisfied! Also, I’d like to point out that they are only human, some days are busy but they do their best to run the business and accommodate customers as quickly as they can. Delivery has never been a problem for me either. If you are wondering If you should try this place out, the answer is yes!

The minute I walked in there , I felt an unsatisfied feeling. They were very unwelcoming. The lady there seem like she didn’t want to take my order. The energy there need to be more welcoming. I will never step foot in there for anything. I’ll take my money else where. PASS!

This place is awesome! The Hibachi dinners as well as their sushi rolls are top notch!! Thankful I live right next to this Japanese restaurant in the apartment complex next door. Highly recommend!! ?
to start off their food has never disappointed me. great sushi and not too bad prices. but the customer service is off. i placed an online order recently my friend was going to pick it up but had a few errands to run first. i had set the pickup time for 11:30, at 12 the restaurant called saying my food was ready. i assured them someone would be coming but they are stuck in traffic. at 12:30 they called me again and the person on the phone literally was yelling at me saying my food has been ready for an hour why haven't i picked it up yet. mind you the food was already paid for so i really don't see why it sitting there was bothering them so much that they called and yelled. they had just opened so it's not like they were trying to close and leave or anything.

The food we received was middle of the road - the $14 specialty rolls were great for $7 standard rolls. Not very flavorful, even though they were spicy rolls. The worst part was we ordered 4 rolls (among other things) and received only 2. Our order was also minus a bubble tea. When we called the restaurant, they questioned us repeatedly and literally yelled at us on the phone. They also told us to send the food back if we wanted a refund. Horrible customer service. The food is not worth the abuse.

Dont order from here. I used to love this place but recently i cant get a hold of them. Today i tried for a half an hour to call them and it doesnt ring for the full time leaving me to think they are just hanging it up after a few moments so it looks like they were busy. I mean 1 call is fine to miss but in a half hour i called 7 times and nothing. Its also expensive and for the same price i could get a shrimp hibachi from ichiban with both noodles and fried rice.

Just moved to the area decided to try some sushi spots. Very disappointed, quality seemed OK, on my dragon roll there was barely any eal, more cucumber then anything. Don't try specialty Rolls stick to regular ones. VERY OVERPRICED for what you get.
