“Me and my friend Sarina come here in the morning after our run. The man and woman behind the counter are so nice and the egg and cheese IS AMAZING!! The best after run breakfast ever. The fruit smoothies are also so good! Come here ASAP! The price was really good and reasonable.“

“I’m so happy I found a real Puerto Rican restaurant near me! My first time experience was great. The food definitely tastes authentic and very close to how my family cooks. We ordered their carne guisada dish, empanadas (“pastelillos”), shrimp mofongo, and last but not least it least, flan! Que Rico! Totally coming back and bringing my family when they come visit.“

“Upon answering I was greeted and seated. The appetizers which were the nacho chips tasted freshly made and the chicken and steak tacos were delicious. I also had the Elote corn which was so good comes with three.. and I love the piña colada but I had it without alcohol.. they do have an open bar. Def would go back.“

I had an amazing experience at this Spanish restaurant in North Brunswick (671 George Rd). The food was fresh, full of flavor, and truly delicious! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect — from the appetizers to the main dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and great service. One of the best Spanish restaurants in the area!“

“Excellent chicken. A true “hidden gem”. Hole in the wall that you’d never expect. Chicken is fresh and always moist. Seriously. Better than PopEyes and KFC, honestly can’t even compare it to them.
Grilled Chicken salad is a made fresh, the grilled chicken was seasoned well, and veggies were crisp. Service is quick and prompt; No Frills. You tell them exactly what you want, they will provide.
Fried chicken was crispy and moist as mentioned before, was seasoned evenly. Go try it yourself before this place becomes famous.“

“My wife and I ate at Ford's in late December 2024. Boy are we glad we did! After seeing the reviews here and elsewhere, it was very clear we had to come here while we were in the area, and now we know why! We had never experienced Portuguese BBQ before, and holy moley, was it delicious!\n\nI had a lunch-sized chicken and pork ribs combo, and my wife had the lunch-sized chicken and beef ribs combo. All of the meat was absolutely sensational, well cooked, seasoned well, and just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The BBQ sauce that came with it was also tasty, but honestly we felt like we didn't even need it because the meat was so tender and juicy.\n\nThe fries and yellow rice were also very tasty.\n\nAnd even when you get the lunch-sized portions, you get TONS of food, like we both got more than enough for both lunch and dinner.\n\nThe gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal.\n\nI'm not sure when or if we'll be back in the Fords/Woodbridge area, but if we are, we will definitely put this on our "must do" list every time.“

“Love the food here they definitely give ample food for the money. Dining area is rather small I always do take-out. Food is served tray line style so you're able to see and select your menu items. It can get very busy at times due to the small serving area where there's usually only one person taking orders.“

“The food is absolutely delicious and well seasoned. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I love the steak, pernil, carne frita and arroz con gandules. I make it a point to stop by whenever I am in the area. Try them out you too will love it.“

“I have to say that Mi Tierra has improved a lot in the quality of the food. They still have a lot of opportunity to improve the service and the atmosphere, perhaps lower the music and demand better behavior from diners.But they have improved, that's good.I recommend Mofongo.“

“Excellent little diner inside the convenience store right next to Dunkin donuts. It's a family-owned business. It's a husband and wife. The wife makes the best empanadas there. They're fresh, made every single day. The chicharron is excellent. And I love the breakfast sandwiches. That's usually my go-to there. I get a a pork roll egg and cheese with jalapenos and they get my order right every single time.“
