Yesterday was my first experience at this Pizzeria and it was fantastic! I walked in and was greeting politely. I got the Baked Ziti pizza and the staff were really excited about it. One really awesome worker handed it to me and asked me to check it out before I left. I opened it and it looked amazing and we struck up a great conversation! They love their food and when I got home, I loved it too! The dough was one of the best I have ever had and the sauce/cheese was incredible....
Quarantine season... closed 8:30 sunday may... got the usual garlic knots + a pie - food was on point - bit cashiers attitude needed adjustment. Will I return - yes but will send a friend to buy the stuff...
Alfonso's Pizzeria is located along the busy Park Avenue. There is street parking and a municipal lot very close by. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and inviting. I decided to go with a Margherita and a Brooklyn square. The square featured good cheese with a delicious sauce and a nice, fluffy base. The Margarita had a slightly thicker base that is crisp on the bottom, but fluffy throughout. It also had a great sauce and good quality...
