Horrible experience you have to order through a stupid toast app. If you have a food allergy I would recommend some places in Westfield. They also only have heavy cream and th e coffe is close to tar

I absolutely love the baked items here. They do have amazing coffee and amazing food, however, I am upset that when I went there this past week I heard the girl behind the counter loudly talking about my order. She said, “They only ordered a (baked item name)? That’s weird!” And I was standing right there. It kind of made me a little disheartened because I never expected the workers to talk about me or judge my order. I order from here a few times a week and no matter what I buy I’m supporting the place - it shouldn’t matter what I am getting… that is unprofessional.

Best coffee shop in the area. Such nice staff and the baked goods are absolutely delicious and gluten free! Good seating areas for working or talking w a friend.
I usually don’t write reviews but today unfortunately I’m disappointed. As someone who has came here several times to try out this coffee shop I will not be coming back. The service wasn’t welcoming the older women at the front cashier had an attitude. Very rude including rolling her eyes and being defensive when she got my order wrong. I understand people have rough days but to walk into an establishment and not receiving quality service is yikes. My food was cold and my coffee wasn’t worth it at all. I’ve been here before and had better service.

Thank you for having zero consideration that the AC is clearly broken yet our staff is still there working tirelessly to serve every customer through something that we have no control over. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience to a customer, sarcasm and nastiness is how you respond? Your response to my review speaks volumes on how you guys treat your customers.

Just went in here and the guy behind the counter was repeatedly sneezing into his hands. He rinses them and asks what I want. I asked if he could use soap to wash his hands and he goes again and puts soap on his hands and then rinses it right off. If he actually washed his hands with soap for half as long as we tell our kids (20 sec), I’d be satisfied. I get it that it could be springtime allergies and not an illness. I suffer from them as well. I didn’t bother asking for a coffee. The scone was good and I’d even go back if the owner/mgr did some education on sanitary procedures. And yeah, I worked food service for years when I was younger and this doesn’t fly anywhere.

Ordered a simple, black coffee. Waited nearly 20 minutes before I got up and asked the cashier who seemed surprised we never got it. Eventually sat back down and the cashier came back and asked what the order was again. Coffee was also just okay. The shop itself is nice and makes for a nice place to have a chat or work.
