I've always had pleasant experiences; the only negative I have is no answers the phone. I have been trying to call to follow-up on a request. Other than that I think Black Drop is great. My favorite thing there is the avocado toast
Such a great vibe. I felt comfortable doing work there on my laptop. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent coffee and chai. I am enjoying the whole bean coffee I bought for home from them. Plus, the sweet treats are delicious and they have yummy vegan options.
Trendy vibe with friendly staff, but the experience was mixed. The place is noisy, which kills the chill café feel. I asked for an extra hot cappuccino, but it was barely warm. Coffee blend itself was average, but the pastries surprisingly were great, fresh and nicely warmed up.
