The crust was disappointingly dry and completely devoid of flavor. The cheese—if it even was real cheese—was wrinkled and browned, giving the entire dish an unappetizing appearance, more like an old store display than actual food. Every attempt to keep even the smallest bites of this so-called "pizza" in my mouth was a struggle; the taste was unbearable. To make matters worse, I also ordered buffalo wings, which were equally revolting. They had an unmistakably stale, reheated flavor, drenched in an overpoweringly salty sauce that seemed designed solely to mask the unpleasant taste of the refrozen, freezer-burned chicken.

Horrible service I called for 20 minutes and when I got there the girl with glasses forgot to place my order then I called again and she hang up on me the I went there again and she was pretending I didn’t order anything this is the worse pizza place ever horrible horrible service I lost one hour and we didn’t eat I don’t recommend this place at all

The worst. Just so bad. Slow, inconsistent, excuses... For a business built on reliability,. consistency, and efficiency, this location is just awful. I usually do order from locally owned, small places but sometimes there is a "need" for Dominoes. I rue ordering from this location as it is just plain frustrating and disappointing every time. I appreciate the effort the employees put in but damned if I'm not angry every time I am asked to order from here. Just order from Nunzios or Grano if you're local- more but way better.

This is not what pacific veggies looks like!
This place has issues. I was a regular here since my son liked their pizza. Seen a lot of staff changes over time. Somehow no one sticks here, every few months there's new people running the shop. And for some reason, they keep making mistakes with orders. There's definitely some issue somewhere when multiple people consistently keep making mistakes in the same shop.
I've had my orders messed up on many occasions, so I don't go there anymore. But I tried them once again and this happened.
Ordered Pacific Veggies pizza, went to pick up, when I open the box, there's a pizza with 1 topping that too pepperoni. How can one put pepperoni in a veggie pizza? I went to the counter, told the staff and they said they'll make me another one.
The next one they handed me over looked like whats in the picture. That is so not what pacific veggies looks like. I didn't want to go through another, so I picked up the pizza and left.
How can an employee here not know what the ingredients of a menu item is. They also didn't put any salt or condiments in the pizza, didn't put the right cheeses, the pizza was flavorless. The store was not busy when I went, I was the only order and there were no pending orders. No one ever apologized for the wrong order.
Never going back there again.
