there’s always a mistake with my drink order. I went in yesterday asked for almond milk, she gave me oat milk! Not a huge deal but the staff should have asked to make a new drink but they did not care to make a new one.
Today I ordered a matcha with almond milk and sweetener. They used regular milk. To be charged for a substitute milk and not get the right and have to deal with the side affects as someone that is lactose in tolerant is disappointing.

I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

Jonathan, Tom and their staff are so amazing and friendly. They have made this particular Dunkin my go to because of the professional and helpful staff.
DD need to figure out how to not make walk in customers wait, at the same time fill mobile orders.

I don’t make review at all but this Dunkin definitely needed one… I come here often when I have time and I never have issues but today was different l, I feel for the young ladies that have to work with such a rude person I believe his name is mark or mar If I got it right, but today it was busy I went up gave my order and waited for the coffee mark came and gave me the coffee I joke an with him and said it’s busy today and his reply was “yeah because I’m working with these d*** A B” saying it under breath is one thing but I wanted to talk to a manger, it was very busy like I said I had to go to workyou guys need to fire him asap this is mind blowing.
