If you're a Dunkin afficionado, you know there are different types of Dunkin. Airport dunkin. Strip mall Dunkin. Drive-thru Dunkin. Well, sadly, this may be the worst option of all - Standalone Dunkin in Gas Station without Drive Thru.Without the drive thru, the traffic at this location is lacking. The front of the store is a weird amalgamation of convenience store and empty shelves, largely creating clutter on your walk to the back of the store where the Dunkin resides.Once you've gotten back there, you can grab your drink from the small shelf on the left. If you haven't pre-ordered, you can grab your drink somewhere else, because you'll grow too frustrated waiting for it to be ready. Let's also forget any menu items, or even a consistent selection of Donuts, that's just asking too much from this location.It's sad that this location can't reinvent itself as another type of Dunkin. But for now, while America Runs on Dunkin, you should Run to Another Dunkin.

I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

I don’t make review at all but this Dunkin definitely needed one… I come here often when I have time and I never have issues but today was different l, I feel for the young ladies that have to work with such a rude person I believe his name is mark or mar If I got it right, but today it was busy I went up gave my order and waited for the coffee mark came and gave me the coffee I joke an with him and said it’s busy today and his reply was “yeah because I’m working with these d*** A B” saying it under breath is one thing but I wanted to talk to a manger, it was very busy like I said I had to go to workyou guys need to fire him asap this is mind blowing.
Good location and efficient. All of the taps seem to be maintained very well. Cold brew and nitro taps are always good. One of the better locations in the area.

Apparently frozen coffee is very hard to come by these days... I had to drive to unfamiliar locations just to find a Dunkin that still serve it! But the main problem is that it doesn't show up on the app anymore! Of course, cuz it's my favorite drink! Lol Hopefully Dunkin HQ or the app developers see the flaw and are able to fix it cuz I've been going through hell lately to find a place that serves these... And of course, high gas prices... The struggle is real! ?

First off, If one more person yells at 'Eyad' they will loose my service, my friends, and family. Secondly 'Karlee' has got to go. As a frequent customer I have noticed she is rude, has the wrong attitude, and quite frankly the attitude I don't wan't to deal with before school when I get my breakfast every morning. I have been a recuring customer since mid 2021 and have watched employees come and go, but 'Karlee' has to be by far the worst. I have personally seen her take out her phone while supposed to be making drinks. Today I was mortified to over hear Karlee who is not a manager or owner yell at one of the new workers 'Eyad'. It was extreamly disgusting. I have seen multiple accounts of unkind and unprofessional behavior towards new workers or mentally challenged workers. It is extreamly wrong and upsets my fellow colleagues and I. Overall, this location is nice and clean but the attitude and atmosphere has to be improved.
