Ordered almond crossaint. Was told just sold out. Store employee offered to make new but I couldn't wait. Used to be the best DD in area. Needs to get back to being the best DD again.

There is one employee that does not prepare the food with gloves. The employees do not show good customer service with the exception of one girl that’s always their name Erene. She exudes great customer service and always has a smile on her face. I was at the store when one of the guys got aggressive with her and I pray he loses his job. The short filipino lady does not know how to make the food there and I had to go back twice in one day because my orders were incorrect and the last time I went she burnt the stuff croissant so bad. It was not even edible.

He stole my moneyyyyyy !!!!I went through drive through and ordered1 medium iced vanilla chai tea no ice1 strawberry sprinkled donut1 boston creme1 old fashioned1 bananaWhen i got the bag i opend and looked in and seen a chocolate with sprinkles and i squeezed the bag over the donuts and they were hard i wanted a refund .So he ask for the bag then checks the donuts and then touches them without having wash and sanitized hands. So now i really want my refund. Now hes going back and forth with me arguing that it was in there and i just ask to pay for the drink and the banana which was 6.20 im guessing so he refunded me 3 times.So where good but then i leave and he charged me again without my permission
