Do not order from this restaurant on Uber eats. I have had their food in the past and it was great. We decided to order it on Uber eats for delivery. The food was never delivered in the estimated time. We reached out to the restaurant to be told it was out for delivery as of five minutes ago. It was over an hour after calling the restaurant and still no food was delivered. We contacted Uber and got our order refunded. What’s the point of being on Uber if you don’t deliver the food?

HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from Uber Eats and waited an hour for my food. Called the restaurant and was told the delivery man just left with my food. I waited a whole hour and still no food. I called the restaurant again to follow up (because at this location, it’s not UBER drivers delivering the food - it’s the restaurants staff) and no response. I called an additional 5 times and even left a voice message. Still no response. I ended up having to reach out to Uber Eats for a refund and had to order from someplace else. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Unprofessional. LIARS. And their food probably sucks. Anywho, my advice is to order from here if you want to be robbed and hungry. Since that’s what this “establishment” appears to solely be skilled at doing.

Very disappointed. Was so anxious to get home and eat my Cuban Sandwich. No taste at all. Ordered the pork with rice and beans for my husband. Tiny amount of rice and the meat was not good at all. Cheese cake was old and nasty and the tres leches cake was disgusting. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING! 60 BUCKS WASTEDA!!!

TLDR: ordered delivery, food never showed up after 3 hours. My 20+ phone calls to the restaurant were ignored, and was only able to get them to answer after calling from my wife’s phone. Terrible customer service.Food may be good, I would have no clue. I ordered from here on Uber eats, it stated that Uber does not handle the delivery, and that the restaurant handles its own deliveries. I ordered at 3:30 pm, and it gave me an estimated time of 4:45 pm. At 5 pm i went to check my status, and it stated call the restaurant for an accurate status update. I called the restaurant and a man answered, he said my order left approximately 10 minutes ago. At 5:30 I still did not have my food, I called back and there was no answer. I waited 10 minutes and called back, no answer. At 6pm I called again, no answer. I proceeded to call 10 times in a row, no answer. I then waited till 6:30 and called another 10 times, no answer. I thought it was pretty obvious that they were ignoring my calls. At 6:45 I contacted Uber and they refunded my order. So I called the restaurant again to find out what happened, no answer. I stopped calling, my wife got home around 7:30 pm and I called from her phone, magically they answered immediately. I explained to the man who I was, and asked him what happened with the order. He told me it was canceled by the caller. I told him I cancelled the order because they weren’t answering my calls and I waited 3 hours with still no food or no communication. I asked him why he wasn’t answering any of my 20+ phone calls and he just stayed quiet. I asked him what happened to the food? He stayed quiet. He asked for my name and number and said a manager would contact me. I said I didn’t need a manager, I was just curious what happened to my order and why my phone calls were being ignored. He could not answer me. Then he told me he didn’t speak English, so I put my wife on the phone, who does speak Spanish. She asked all the same questions I asked, and was eventually hung up on. If they would’ve answered my phone calls and explained to me they couldn’t deliver my food, I would’ve been satisfied, and just placed another order somewhere else. I was honestly incredibly annoyed being ignored and lied to. My 2 year old communicates better than this gentleman did, and he’s at the front of a business. I’m rating this restaurant on the terrible way they handled their customer service.

This is ridiculous and i understand it is not uber eats fault but it is their responsibility to get to the bottom of this. I called the restaurant after they weren’t answering me for awhile and they finally picked up. They said the delivery guy left 10 minutes ago and i said okay after i had decided to stick with the order and get 20% back from my subtle but now i want my full refund. I have not recieved the order i have called the restaurant over 30 times. Im beyond frustrated and angry especially now that i went on google and read their review and there are others that this has happened to! exactly the same , the order ignoring the calls , never receiving the order . I have tried ordering food from here and multiple occasion through Uber Eats only to never receive the meals. Uber says they use private delivery so i can not have updates on the driver and if any delays or issues occurred to contact restaurant. So when i call, the person on the phone tells me the driver is on its way and should arrive soon. I live 5 miles from the establishment with google maps saying its a 15 minute commute, giving them benefit of the doubt to lights and traffic i wait an extra 30 min before i try and reach out to Havana Mia, only to have no answer to when i call. This was a lunch time order placed a little after 1pm. One day i may go to the restaurant in person to have a meal but until then i am very dissatisfied.

We arrived to this location and we’re told they did not have 2 out of the three plates we wanted. We settled and changed our order. He then proceeded to say it would be a 15 minute wait when we ordered from the steam menu which should be instant. Again we were patient because he was alone. It took 30 minutes to recieve our food. When we got home the rice was dry and hard, the chicken was pink, the steak was so hard !!! We tried calling and they told us a manager would contact me and still no response! I will continue calling until we get our money back this was truly the worst experience I’ve had.

Extremely unprofessional service. I ordered from them on uber eats and after waiting for an hour, they said that my order was being delivered. I waited an additional hour and they refused to answer any of my phone calls and they NEVER DROPPED OFF MY ORDER. Even after I confirmed my address and name. Horrible service. They pretty much robbed me of my money and had uber eats refund me while they kept their portion. I have never experienced this and I really hope this business fails if this is what they are doing. Never ordering from here EVER AGAIN, and I advise everyone to do the same.

Very very disappointed. Placed a $67 order for delivery and was charged for it and never received my order. I have been calling the establishment and no answer even leaving voicemails for 2days now. I'd just like my refund back. Should have definitely read the reviews before trying to support a local establishment.
