Very disappointed with the service. Order ONE pie of two different toppings and half of it was frozen cold. -.-
We called to ask for the reason, & they say it was the drivers fault. >.<
Tonight was my first time coming to Massa; and, I am a new customer. This quaint pizzeria is warm, friendly and inviting. I ordered a pepperoni square pizza with broccoli rabe and sundried tomatoes. My first bite was packed with fresh ingredients and love from the cook. Only one person makes the pizza. He takes his time and you can see the passion for bringing his culture to the states. The square pizza has the perfectly balanced crust of semi-thin flaky with a crunch. I found my new pizzeria in Scotch Plains NJ! Thank you!

My new go to. Mucho Magnifico
Always a treat to have Roman style pizza. This pizza was gorgeous. It starts with a 3 day fermentation on the crust for the light but sturdy foundation and never makes you feel bloated. Add a wonderful sauce and beautiful combination of quality toppings to satisfy your cravings to these large squares and it’s a home run.
I tried the burrata, soppressata, and porcini slices! Also tried one of their suppli - ground beef/sauce and mozzarella deep fried to perfection! Great lunch spot. First time in town. Pleasant surprise! Highly recommend.

We didn’t want to commit to one pizza so we got 4 different slices and shared. All of them were good, but not great. I don’t want to go 3 stars because slices isn’t a fair basis for the pizza. Atmosphere is definitely a 3 though. It’s a small space and it has a deli vibe. Maybe that’s the idea.

Authentic pizza style from Rome, delicious flavors and 72hr dough makes it incredibly light and easy to digest. Also the panini were very delicious esp the porchetta

Well… hummm not sure how to start but maybe with the kid who took our order, couldn’t understand what the kid was saying. Next ordered a large which is for 6 people! Where to you order a large and is that big? $$51 for it!!! No way Dave your were wrong I would rate a 7.1
No/ to very little cheese (if you want that). And become wet noodle by the time I got home. Dang what a mistake on this night. Will have to think twice about ever going back. Place was an empty by the way. Sign that the the town knows it’s not at that high of a standard.
Darn you Dave Portnoy! Plus not on one bite anymore. Interesting!!

The restaurant reminds me of Pizza from Malta, The food is a 10 out of 10. The mushroom / Gorgongola slice was enough proof for an immediate return. They know what they are doing when it comes to custom pizza.
