Great ice cream flavors! My one complaint is that there is one male employee who doesn’t give the right proportion of ice cream. If you ask for a small ice cream you will end up getting a “special sized” one which my husband and I call the XXS size. Make sure you get your money’s worth. It sucks when you wait a long time in line and then you get the tiniest spoon of ice cream. Sometimes, when my husband and I are waiting in line, and this male employee asks us if we are ready, I say no so that someone else can help us. Please fix this management!

The staff and the overall atmosphere are very nice at Scoop's. The ice cream is also quite good. They do have a Black Raspberry-flavored ice cream that is truly amazing on a waffle cone.
