What a great ice cream shop!! We live bringing our grandson here when we’re in town! We recently purchased an ice cream cake that was absolutely perfect!! No dry cake filler just ALL ice cream! You can pick two flavors. When ordering, she was very patient and helpful! This is definitely one of our “go to” places!!!

Have been a customer for morethan 30 years. First bad ice cream cake. Hardly any ice cream and so much chocolate crumb filler that we could not cut a whole slice without it falling into pieces. I called to tell Scoops about this. I was told to return the cake so they could see it and sorry they just reopened. I said I took pictures and they told me if I did not come in with the remaining product it was "too late" and there was nothing they could do about it now. I would post the photos if there was a way to do it. From my perspective tonight, my grandson's birthday, I can't take the cake away from the kids and wait to replace it but would appreciate an offer to return for another cake at no cost to prove it was not their new way of doing business! Very poor customer service tonight, so disappointed and will consider other options in the future.

In the mood for ice cream yesterday, so stopped by. As I was looking at the choices through the glass, I noticed that several "flavors" are just tubs of vanilla, with a bit of the confection thrown on top. I saw the cherry vanilla is a tub of vanilla ice cream, with a few cherries thrown on top. Same thing for Butterfinger, vanilla and a bit of crushed Butterfinger on top ... and many, many, others were the same. I noticed the "chip" flavors were also plain ice cream with a few chips thrown on top. They are not serving fully blended throughout flavors, which obviously must cost more. I don't know what percentage ice cream they are using, 10%, 14%, but from now reading other peoples reviews, there are several people saying that flavor was bland and chips, confections, were sparse. I know costs are up a lot now, but I decided to go somewhere else after seeing this, so I smiled and walked out.

It is a cash only establishment. Makes it difficult if you're just decide to pop in and only have your debit card. I also believe they are extremely overpriced.

Ice cream is great a great selection fair price and customer service can't be beat they treated us with the best respect, and when our little guy kept going up, they never once had an attitude just a big smile it made him feel like Such a big boy highly
