Wait staff first didn't bring us menus, then had trouble remembering what we ordered/answers to questions.

Food was fine, but they ignored any requests.

Food was good, they had jukeboxes which reminded me of the old days when we had them. Although their was a dirty cup and a dirty napkin the food was good and service was amazing

Ordered onion rings and a burger. Onion rings were served cold and obviously had been microwaved, and were flavorless and basically inedible. Burger came with a freezer-burned bun and the patty was dry, flavorless, and very well-done after I asked for it be cooked medium.

I ordered delivery. I had to spend $30 to have it delivered so I added a drink to my order. The drink was $3.65. I paid an additional three dollar delivery fee and I tip 20% when my order got to the house. It was just the food. The drink wasn’t there so I called to ask about it. She said yes it’s sitting here on the counter. The girl forgot it if you wanna come get it. Does that make any sense I ordered for delivery I paid for delivery. If I could pick it up I would have not gotten and paid for delivery.

We had lunch there today and had a terrible experience.. we were seated by one of the owners…sat for a while and the female owner came over and asked what we would like to drink…my lady friend asked for a Diet Coke and I got an unsweetened iced tea…she came back put the drinks down and apologized for being short staffed…the waitress came over to take our order and asked what we would like to drink and we told her we have our drinks but with no ice…she told us the ice machine was broken but she would try and get ice…she took our order, 2 BLT’s, and gave us a half a cup of ice…waited a long time for our sandwiches but they finally came…I looked at them and it looked like a blt without the bacon…when I left I told the 2 owners and my impression was they didn’t care…the reason I gave two stars and not one was because of the waitress…she was great and she told us she was new. The toast was cold and the soda was glat

Unbelievably bad service, to the point my fiancée and I were laughing on our way out the door. Nobody was in there. We Got seated, nobody came up to us for 25 minutes. The waitresses were all too worried about their cigarettes and chit chat. We walked out without ordering, and they didn’t even notice we were walking out the door. If you’re looking for a quick bite, this should be the absolute last place you go. Never seen anything like that…
