REALLY disappointed with this place. Usually my sister's "go to place" for subs but oh boy, were we disappointed! order 3 large subs...turkey and turkey/roast beef. Hardly ANY meat at all. it was all bread. I think for the turkey? we had MAYBE 3 slices of turkey...PLUS they charge for cheese! for the cost of those subs, definitely NOT worth it. I will never go there again. They are a ripoff. and to boot? no taste whatsoever..not sure what kind of meat brand they use, but it was tasteless. what a waste of my hard-earned money.

I order from Subslingers often, whether it’s for lunch or to cater for a party, I’ve never been disappointed. I recommend the Destroyer Cold Sub. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is fluffy and the sandwich is always filled with lots of meat.

Subslingers is a hit or miss I'm guessing. My husband ordered a Turkey sub which looked good. Now I ordered Pastrami on Rye and french fries. He picked the food up and when he got home I opened my sandwich to 3 slices of rye bread to make the sandwich appear bigger than it was? One slice had 3 yes 3 pieces of Pastrami which was burnt, the other slice had 2 pieces of Pastrami also burnt I thought it was bacon ?. The bread also did not seem fresh, needless to say I'm glad I ordered fries which weren't the best ones. For the price we paid I didn't even get to enjoy my meal. Since it was close to their closing time they knew it was a pickup order so let's give whatever I guess. I wish I would have taken a picture before I threw that sad looking sandwich away.

Unfortunately, I was reminded quickly why I stopped coming here. The sandwich I got was nasty. Maybe the quality of the meat is different and the sandwich was so bland. I think the lettuce was wet. But not the good ole Subslingers I used to remember. So I drive just a little further to Mr.Subs in South Plainfield!

Haven't been here in a long time. My daughter and I were in the area, she suggested subs.Subslingers did not disappoint. The bread, fresh, meat was good, I enjoyed everything about my sandwich; roasted turkey, provolone, all toppings. We dined in because the atmosphere was welcoming.
