I ordered a small heart shaped cake all white with small pearls for decor 2 days ahead w/ pic. Decor was blue :( looked nothing like the pic I gave. Smh

Customer service was absolutely awful. Very arrogant. Overpriced. Everything I purchased was stale.

We LOVED the Swiss Bakery! The young ladies waiting on us were very friendly and helpful! We bought a loaf of Italian bread, an apple turnover and a Chocolate Eclair.
The cookies looked DELICIOUS! Will have to go back and buy some another time!

A neighborhood gem. We recently moved away but I will always have fond memories of going here for a treat with my young daughter. Barbara is the best. The place feels very unpretentious, homey and neighborhoody.

Customer service is very much lacking at this shop. I had called in to ask what kind of cakes they have available at that moment and the lady who answered the phone said why don’t you come in to see what I have..? Well it was just a simple question that could have been answered in a better way and better tone. However, my husband went to go pick up the cake and it seems like it was sitting there for a couple of days. We had gotten strawberry shortcake but it was very dry inside and the strawberry filling inside tasted like chemicals. We will not be returning!

Horrible place. Terrible food. Had a problem with my order and the owners bf spoke to me like I was some trash NOT a paying customer. Absolute rude people beyond belief.Don’t deserve ANY business.
