If you are traveling from outside of New Jersey, I know it is tough to enter the state, but I would do it again for Anjelica’s.
Quite literally everything was good but highlights were the vodka pasta, the linguine. cannelini beans, long peppers, and bread. Along with our server Anthony and the whole staff.

Great ambience and service. Was tastefully decorated for Christmas and the staff was super friendly. Food was great as well and the spicy vodka pasta is great. Pistachio cake was super good but the pistachio gelato was a bit of a let down.
Do get the potato chips as a side dish with extra peppers.

Is this place kidding me I called and the person answered and quickly said ill put me on hold then never had the decency to come back on the phone. Made me wait ten mins are they giving the food away i want to put my left foot in the door after that.It just goes to show that restaurant's that are too big for their bridges.is when they finally shut there doors

I’m not sure why this place has any type of negative reviews because it’s a 10/10! Oscar and his staff were phenomenal! The food was amazing. We sat outside and were very comfortable, didn’t feel cold. We were provided with blankets and warmers. The ambiance inside and out were great. Thank you Oscar for the amazing photos taken! I can’t wait to go back for my birthday 🥳

Me and my girlfriend have been coming to this spot and we love it! Our server Antonio has been amazing the past couple of times we have had him! The service is excellent and the food is delicious! Give Antonio a raise!!! He always goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. The knowledge and hospitality he displays speaks volumes. We went to celebrate my spouse's Birthday. Service was good except for the timing of food coming to the table. The Bread took a long time to get to the table. It was followed within a minute by our appetizer. The other timing issue was that my spouse's Branzino was delivered 2 or3 minutes prior to my Pork Chop. So he had to sit there waiting for my dish to arrive. They should have given them at the same time.
Now to the food. Had an appetizer of Fried Scallops, Frid Calamari, and fried Shrimp. This was a mixed bag. The Scallops were delicious and cooked perfectly, The Calamari, some were cooked nicely and other were overcooked. The Shrimp was not too good, all overcooked. The Bread the came late was not particularly as good as one should expect from an expensive Restaurant. Just some toasted Italian Bread. Not sure it was fresh or not. A bit boring.
Now the good news was the main entrees. I had the Pork Chop. It was very delicious. Cooked almost perfectly. Maybe slightly overcooked??? But since this was over 2 inches thick, it's probably hard to get it perfect. My Spouse Branzino was excellent, perfectly cooked.
I would say everything is a little over priced. The Branzino such a small serving. Pork Chop was large, though.
I may give this restaurant another try in the future. Really had high expectations since I heard about it for years and been trying to get reservations.

Quite frankly I was expecting much more from this place. The food was mediocre the place is packed and I mean tables close together and almost uncomfortable. The salmon was tasteless and undercooked. The stuffed chicken was only so good. Quite honestly the best thing we had were the basic raviolis. The service was good and that's the best I can say about this place.

Always the absolute best in all ways. The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. It’s my favorite restaurant and we love sitting in the alley outside, even in winter! Reservations can be hard to get but so worth it.

All around the exact expectation of a high quality restaurant. I fully understand the hype. Everything was delicious- but not the typical east coast “good”.
This was high quality dining. We ate a really good amount to be fair and I didn’t leave feeling bloated and gross.
It’s BYOB so we brought our own wine to pair. Everything was phenomenal & if we can manage a reservation we’ll be back 🤣
