This is fifth time that I've eaten at the rum runner and I can't say enough about what a great place it is to dine. I had the BLT with a espresso martini and both were just delicious for dessert. I had the crème brûlée cheesecake and the other two ladies that I dine with had the lava cake and they also had the Brulé cheesecake. They both couldn't say enough good things about it. They also enjoyed their lunches so if you're looking for a place to go and have a delicious meal and great ambience, the rum runner is where you should be.

I’m not a hater of this place — quite the opposite. It used to be one of my favorites. Otherwise, I would never have driven 1.5 hours from the city to dine here with my wife for a special occasion. Feeling sad and disappointed…
By the way, I appreciate the discount — that was a kind gesture — but it’s still disappointing, especially given the meal was over $100.
Have been drinking lots of water since the meal, trying to get my tongue to regain its sense of taste.

We enjoyed every moment of it! Definitely worth trying and servers were so professional and thoughtful. There was an private event in seperated room which seems a nice idea if you are looking for somewhere for your celebrations. 5/5 and I would recommend here.

Although I made reservations my table wasn't available until 30 minutes after the reserved time. Had to sit in the less formal dining room and the noise was at a volume I couldn't have a conversation with my dining partner until half the diners left. Also my dinner was served less than hot and I had to send it back to be heated.

The service was phenomenal. However, the receptionist was cold and aloof. I have to say, the Cobb salad was very disappointing and probably the worst I have ever had. Even adding shrimp for an extra cost didn't resolve the poor excuse of a Cobb salad. The salad contained iceberg lettuce, a few chopped tomatoes, and a sprinkle of bacon bits...Had I not added the shrimp it would have been a pathetic presentation. Please look and see what a Cobb salad entails, and up your game to be on the same level of other restaurants who offer a much better presentation. For only a few more dollars a Cobb salad at Keens Restaurant in NYC includes, shrimp, chicken, steak, cheese, tomatoes, and actual cut pieces of bacon with no extra charges. As a fan of your Sea Bright restaurant, I was really taken aback and very disappointed!!!

The Rum Runner is the perfect place to dine with your significant other or friends. The cocktails and food are absolutely delicious. If I could, I'd eat lunch here everyday because the weather's perfect to enjoy lunch outside. The service staff are very attentive. I've enjoyed dining at all of the other McLoone restaurants as well.
