The food never disappoints at Rum Runner but this time the service was very disappointing. Party of six and we had to keep looking for our waitress. Ask other waitstaff for our waitress or even water. It literally got to the point where we lit out table light to the brightest setting to flag her down. Again, the food is always amazing but the service tonight was definitely disappointing.
Serene & Scenic! We sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful view of the Navesink River--such a relaxing vibe. They have a great drink menu, with a nice selection of local craft beers, wines and more. The food? Absolutely delicious. And the staff? Friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. We'll definitely be back!
Unfortunately the noise level was catatonic! A venue with a band upstairs, over our table! Insane. Your acoustics are horrendous. We couldn't have a conversation with the people at our table! Waitress couldnt even hear what we were ordering!! We won't be dining here any time soon.
