I am absolutely DISGUSTED and that's an understatement!! There was a dead 🪳 inside of my burrito.
I am a regular customer of this chipotle and I can say with 100% certainty I will never in my life step foot into Chipotle ever again!!

ordered a burrito bowl and the serving size is half of what it used to be. if lucky, the bowl was half filled. won’t be returning to chipotle any time soon.
The tacos at Taco Bell taste better and the portions sizes were extremely disappointing.
I would o be surprised if chipotle goes out of business soon if they continue like this!
Always consistent and the service is good considering it is a cut above fast food. Restaurant always clean, staff friendly.

Miserable. All i want to do is talk to a human and see if someone found and item I may have left in the store. This is unbelievable that when you call you cannot get anyone. I'll never ever eat there again. Shame!
I'm a frequent Chipotle client, however it's rare I visit this location due to one closer to my home. But each time I do visit this location, I leave hungry. The portions here are were very light. Outside the normal sizes. I ordered a bowel, rice, beans, brisket, corn, cheese, sour cream and guac. The portion served didn't extend to the end of the bowl or sit higher than the edges of the bowl. I was still hungry after this bowl and for $21 I'd except to be content or full.

What I just experienced was not a meal—it was a crime against burritos everywhere. I ordered my beloved Chipotle with dreams of guacamole-covered bliss, crispy lettuce, and salsa that would take me on a mild but flavorful journey. What did I receive? Chicken and rice. That’s it. A sad pile of cheese barely clung to life atop this lonely mess. No lettuce. No salsa. And no guac. Let me say that again for dramatic effect: NO GUACAMOLE—the very thing I paid extra for like an honorable burrito-loving citizen!
I paid $25 for what could only be described as a tasteless tragedy, a mere shadow of what Chipotle should be. It's like ordering a Picasso and getting a stick figure drawn by your cousin’s 3-year-old. Did my lettuce run away? Was my salsa kidnapped? Did someone eat my guac out of spite? The world may never know.
Honestly, I’ve been emotionally scarred. The thought of what this meal could’ve been haunts me. Chipotle, you’ve betrayed me. 💔

Just want to give props to the entire team. Had some issues with quality, portions, and unavailable items in past...
However, over the past 6 months they have made it feel like Chipotle of 10-15 yrs ago. The taste is better, portions are as they should be, and even when the brisket relaunched they offered me a taste of it (before lunch rush). Guess what, ended up spending more because it was delicious.

This is the worst staffed Chipotle in NJ. It's a shame because we love chipotle and the food is fine, but nearly every single time the service is awful. Ingredients are missed, the wrapping job is awful, and the employees clearly have zero interest in doing a half decent job. I just got home with half empty kids meals, no steak at all. Had to drive all the way back to fix it. The owners of this place have no interest in improving it as these problems have persisted for years. Just look back at older reviews, nothing has improved. I understand the staff are all teenagers but they need an adult present to manage the store and ensure a basic level of quality control. I really wish there was another Chipotle in the area. We would honestly drive twice as far just to avoid this horribly mismanaged location.

I used to like this place but not sure why but recently it's been really bad. I'm not the only one saying this in the comments...They've gotten the orders completely wrong a few times now and like others complaining, the portion size is like half what it used to be all of a sudden. New managers or something? last time I'm ordering from this location and I used to order A LOT

I guess what they are saying about portion size is true. I just got a bowl and no joke it's half or less than anytime I've ordered in the past. I'm going to cross this place off my list.

The portion sizes coming out of this restaurant were a joke. Literally a bowl half full with way too much guac and not nearly enough of anything else, and 10 chips in the bag. And the guac had avacodo peel in it. I didn't see the reviews before I ordered. I may have thought twice. But this is obviously an issue for online ordering at the location and corporate doesn't seem to care very much.
Oh and please don't leave me the silly contact us link to respond. I've already reached out to corporate. They said they were going to do something to make up for this and as of now, they lied and did nothing.
Super disappointed and don't think I'll be back.
