Consistency! Each and every time we dine at Fratello’s we always get the same great service, really good food and prices are very fair considering the quality and quantity of food served. Our go-to date night place

I was never insulted before like I was here. My friend and I sat at the bar (two grown women). We each ordered a glass of wine. I then ordered a second glass of wine and something to eat. Another friend joined us and ordered a beer. We each asked for a glass of water and within 10 minutes the bartender came by and asked us to give up our seats as she needed our seats for other customers who were going to be eating. Reluctantly, we got up but stayed to listen to the music for another hour or so. The bartender never even asked if we needed anything. BTW the couple that took our seats ordered Nothing but a glass of wine and a beer and was still sitting there when we left. I truly felt like a second class citizen.

The food here was very, very good. The service was good as well. However the hostess, I believe named Valentina, was immediately very rude and negatively influenced my experience here.

Fratellos has always been a great spot for us. The food, service and atmosphere are outstanding. Chris and the entire team always go the extra distance to make our experience superb. Highly recommend especially the outside dining. Thanks team Fratello.

Why did I give this place Such a great rating? Because it is authentic! It's an original and not a cookie cutter kind of chain place. It's the Jersey shore after all! Steak is delicious!

We had our daughter’s communion party there in May and we’re so glad we did! The party room was perfect for our family, the food was delicious, and Mike and the entire staff were wonderful! Thank you Fratellos!

The “older” waitstaff is outrageously rude. I am a grown women that arrived at this restaurant with my 6 family members and after my family was seated I decided to use the restroom before taking a seat myself, the waitress/bartender barged into the bathroom and yelled out “WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE” to me (30) and my sister (47) as I was in the stall. I’ve never in my lifetime of eating anywhere from dive bars to the finest dining had a waitress barge into the bathroom and ask me what I was doing as if I was doing anything other then what that facility is for. When I called to speak to the owner/manager about it, his excuse was that they had some girls there the week before doing other things in the bathroom eventually laughing at me and said have a good night and hung up. I don’t know what some girls in there the week before have anything to do with me using the restroom. Are you saying that is standard for your waitress to do to all women? If not, why was I judged at this establishment? I’m disgusted by her behavior and by his response to it. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
