Love everything here! I especially love the tortellini salad-but darn-they only have it on weekends! I’ve gone on Saturday and it’s gone already! But so worth it. Delicious. Oh and the semolina bread too. Yum.

I come here often because the food is good but am consistently turned off by the cashier, Paula . She is always rude and condescending. Today she offended an older gentleman by repeatedly telling him to "follow the prompts on the credit card machine- that's why the sign is there saying to follow the prompts." The man clearly required assistance with the card reader. Maybe they can hire someone who can be kind and courteous, it's not that hard.

Stopped in for lunch on 9/27 since we were doing some work in Sea Girt. Ordered 2 sandwiches totaling $27. Sandwiches were great and worth every penny. Here is the problem...After paying, we took some napkins(10 to be exact) as one of the subs had balsamic on it and that makes a mess. There are your every day cheapo napkins, not really thick ones that I am sure cost a bit more. The SAME lady who rang us up and we paid the $27 for two subs, mentions the amount of napkins we took as if we were stealing the entire batch. We said that the balsamic is messy and she didn't seem to care. Off we went and ate these delicious sandwiches. Unfortunately we will be working in the area for the next 2 weeks or so and will Definity will not be back if this is how they treat paying customers.PS: We ended up only using 8 of the 10 napkins. It took a lot for me to come back and return the unused ones to the nasty women behind the counter.

I was at Starbucks and two of the employees from Joe Leone’s saw me struggling with carrying my order out and they offered to help me bring it to my car. It just shows how great the customer service is that they were even willing to help me at a Starbucks. The woman was so sweet.

Joe Leones has always been a 10 star rating in my book The food is excellent. BUT THIS PAST WEEKEND, MY BALSAMIC VINEGAR WAS CHANGED. After 20+ years i have purchased the balsamic (not glaze) vinegar there and moved recently but drive over an hour to go get it. I am so sad that they changed it to an "improved version, better quality" but it is not!!. it is watery and it burns......... i have written to them and begged them to bring back the old version.......PLEASE! Where can i get the old version?

Fuggetaboutit! No better place for Italian specialties! I'm single, and don't cook too often. Here, I get a good selection of ready-to-eat apps, main courses, breads and desserts. Pricey, but absolutely 100% worth every dime. GREAT salads, but I wish they'd roast the garlic (longer) on the Catherina Salad... til it was mushad. I can't eat it otherwise!

This review is ONLY for the Sea Gort location and ONLY for grab and go sandwiches. Honestly, much better delis and sandwiches are available within a 5 minute drive. Sadly, they are bland, pretty dry, and sometimes a bit stale, even on the weekends. And at $10/sandwich average, you can find better options that are just as convenient.
