I was good at a variety of things, but I will say one thing: the service staff should use a mask because they were talking and laughing over the food, which is not healthy. Also, the cashier should be offered. Fork and napkins since Food was a takeout.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap on Uber eats. I asked for the dressing on the side AND even paid for an extra one. Didn’t receive ANY dressing at all. My buffalo chicken wrap was completely dry! Waste of 14$ and uber only gave me back 2$.

My wife and I are not in the best situation at the moment and use too good 2 go in order to get some type of healthy food. The staff at this location is phenomenal and the plate that they made us with soup was more than appreciated. Thank you to the night staff for the amazing service and food. God bless.

I ordered a Peruvian Market Plate from Just Salad, substituting the protein from chicken to tofu. However, my order arrived with chicken instead. I reported this and received a $4 refund on my $24 order. While I wasn’t thrilled, I accepted it.
As I began eating, I discovered a long black hair in my food. I reported this to the delivery service, but they said it didn’t qualify for a refund. I then reached out to Just Salad directly. They told me they could not issue a refund and advised me to contact the delivery service, though they would notify the store of the issue.
It’s concerning that food was sent with hair in it, and no meaningful resolution was offered. I understand mistakes happen, but failing to take responsibility or provide a refund in a situation like this feels unacceptable.

Went in 1 hour before closing told they were out of braised chicken. Why can’t you make more small batch chicken that you advertise 1 hour before closing. You would rather lose a customer??? 2 customers lost.

Such a friendly staff who greeted us with smiles when we came in. The place is so clean and looks and smells great from the jump. It was our first time and the staff helped us in such a friendly way. Food is extremely fresh and tastes amazing! Will be coming here at least once a week lol!

Food’s great.

But I’ve been as a customer and delivery driver and the attitude, entitlement, and rudeness I have seen at least once a month this past year is crazy! That’s at least 10 times in the last year!

Sometimes the person they are being unkind to may deserve it from what I have seen; I would be lying if I said there wasn’t a few rude delivery drivers. Same time the reaction from some staff, likely management, is so out of pocket for what seemed like a fine establishment. Especially when they take it out on people who did nothing wrong!

And in front of customers as well. It’s usually a manager too based on what I’ve seen. Did none of them learn de-escalation training? Or how to behave in front of customers? Or how to communicate in non aggressive ways, mannerisms, or tones? Or calm their emotions so they don’t take it out on people who make fair criticisms or complaints?

Unprofessional working environment and if that is how they treat people that work for them or deliver for them, I don’t know if I trust them with my food anymore as a customer regardless of how good it was.

First time customer! Everything was bright, fresh, colorful and the pineapple lemonade was refreshing! The staff was very helpful and patient with first time menu questions etc. Huge portions! Will be coming back very soon!!!
