My boss and I went in today and we just wanted to let everyone know how amazing of a salad Andy makes. So sweet and always puts his best foot forward to give the best service. Alejandra checked us out and was also very sweet and had great customer service. Shoutout to Andy and Alejandra you guys always makes our visits to Just Salad perfect.

My experience was not a good one. I attempted to order $14 salad on Uber Eats, I canceled the order after receiving a message "Oops there was an issue with the order." The issue was they did not have a driver to deliver the order. After canceling the next day I was charge the fee of the salad from Just Salad stating they had started preparing the food. So I was basically charged for an item that I did not receive. I would not recommend bad business.

Today my father a 76 year old man had a horrible experience at this location, he’s been a grub hub driver for years and not once has he dealt with an attitude as nasty as this women who called herself the “manager”. My father comes into the store, sees the grubhub order on the table and this woman stops my father from taking the order, she then tells him to show the order on his phone which he does. She then lies telling him its not ready, yells at him and then tells him to mark the order as ready. She then makes him wait 15 minutes for his order all the while she’s constantly staring at him, making him look like a thief having him wait in a corner. My father then asks another worker about the order which she tells him that the order has been done and it was the one my father was trying to get the first time. The other woman comes back to yell at him and forces him to show that he marked the order has taken because the store has a lot of robberies. He asks her why did she make him wait so long if the order was ready and why is she yelling at him. She says because “I can do whatever I want”, she then yanks the order away from my father at the door as he is leaving and tells grub hub that he refused to deliver the food. I have worked in the fast food service for years and I have NEVER treated someone the way she has treated my father. There are levels of frustrations that I could understand but that goes way beyond anything reasonable. That is truly disgusting behavior, and as long as im around I will make sure no one im associated with dines at this establishment.

Came for a pickup order. Never have issues, food is always great, staff is always nice. But that one young lady tonight? Disgusting attitude. Swiped my order in front of her face, with my number, and she says “next time, wait till we give you the food, then swipe”. I don’t know who she thinks she is other than a salad bar employee to order customers around, but more power to her.

Workers didn’t know English and acted rude when they didn’t receive tip. Then said the wrap had the same ingredients as the salad when it actually had kale and carrots in it too which ruined it.

First time here while visiting the area. Manager, Alejandra, came over, introduced herself and asked how I was enjoying my salad. Very pleasant to talk to. Salad portion is a good size, and ingredients are high-quality. They also offer reusable bowls to reduce environmental impact. Would definitely eat here again.
