The Parker House

Extremely sub-par customer sevice. The bartenders are extremely ignorant in particular, especially towards male patrons. The bartender expects you to greet her, not the other way around. Management is cowardly, complicit, and will not challenge any of its female staff. Absolutely disgraceful. Multiple complaints are currently being filed against this establishment.

I had the pleasure of dining at Parker House this weekend, and it was an experience worth sharing. The ambiance was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. However, the real stars of the show were the dishes.

I highly recommend trying the sea scallops with corn relish. The scallops were perfectly seared, tender, and full of flavor, while the corn relish added a delightful, sweet crunch that complemented the dish beautifully.

The salmon was equally impressive—perfectly cooked with a lovely moist, flaky interior. Each bite was a burst of freshness, enhanced by the chef’s delicate seasoning.

If you're in the area, Parker House is a must-visit, especially for seafood lovers. I will definitely be returning!

Got to restaurant at 8:45pm and was told that they already stopped sitting people. Online shows they close at 11pm. Very disappointed.

Went in for apps and drinks. Ended up staying a little later since we arrived right when dinner was about to be served. After waiting 45min for dinner service, we ordered (was one of the first) but took almost an hour to receive our food. Some dishes were also cool not warm. We were wearing beach attire but A table that sat down dressed up around an hour after us ended up getting better service and their food first. Might try again one day, but not impressed. Too pricey for what it was. Drinks were on point though, no complaints there

Still had to wait 30 minutes to get in. Went with 4 of my cousins. It was packed and Im a female but was accused of elbowing a worker. I think he had a Napoleon compex as he started screaming and told me I had to leave. If I elowed him, I was not on purpose as everyone was in top of each other. Anyway, we paid 375 to get in and had to leave after 1 hour.
Maybe he was having a bad day but that wasn't very cool. It was unacceptable and Very Petty!
As we agreed to leave without making a scene, he followed us saying..."Walk, Walk, Walk"

The absolute WORST facility on the Jersey shore. We went to see my friend’s band play here one night and had to get frisked TWICE at the door when I had just my wallet and phone with me and in my hands(unclear about the handsy-ness). Then we were prompted to wait on the VIP where the front desk told us they have no band list so we’d have to walk all the way out and back in again to get frisked for a third time. We said no, and my other friend and I paid the obnoxious $20 cover fee where we were then split up from our other two friends who couldn’t come in with us but instead the bouncer put a group of 6 in between us? There was an issue with someone’s ID so the same bouncer who originally split us up then told my two friends to get out of the VIP line and walk to the general admission line even though we’d been waiting 15 mins TO JUST GO IN! I immediately had a jerkoff splash their drink all over the back of my legs and outfit. The outside REEKS of used bathroom, the basement smells like a urinal cake factory, the floors are wet, the walls are wet, and the people are even wetter. Oh and did I mention it’s CASH ONLY EVERYWHERE?!?!? After we were fed up trying to get a view of the band we went upstairs to eat. After waiting 45 mins for a table, two hours for four salads and beyond cold appetizers, we left. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and helpful, the only good part of the night. We decided to catch the bands last set where we again had to get frisked to get back in, but then were told we’d have to pay the $20 AGAIN because when you go inside first to drink and then eat you aren’t allowed back in technically. Honestly don’t know how yall are in business still but will never be coming back.

I wasn't able to try the food but the pleasant experience.I had from the workers were delightful This place is very patriotic And overall satisfaction. I would like to come back and try the food next time.

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I was not greeted at all by the hostess and only was able to be seated after standing at the hostess stand awkwardly for 20 seconds and spotting my previously seated party. We saw our waitress 4 times despite waiting45 minute for “dinner to start” and 1.5 hours for our food after ordering promptly at 5. Her excuse was “stuff happened in the kitchen” even though everyone around us was gnawing happily on their food…despite ordering AFTER us. The only reason they get more than 1 star is because everyone seemed very impressed with their food. My Moscow Mule and Italian chicken with vodka sauce was and is splendid (I’m eat the left overs now. Yum!) Over all, I would absolutely never go back. The delicious food isn’t worth the excessive wait, lack of attention from staff (bus boys were amazing, though), and crowded/noisey environment

Parker House has excellent food and service! They were able to accommodate my niece and father in law who both have celiac. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and double checked all of the GF options for us before placing the order!

Came here for my birthday dinner with my fiance at around 5:30pm. They sat us at a table right outside the bar where there was a club scene going on so it was very loud. Didn’t bother us too much but definitely hard to hear my fiance across from me. I had the burrata appetizer and it was delicious. We got dinner but unfortunately had to share the fork with my fiance because they took mine with the appetizer and we didn’t see our waitress. The food was okay. My filet was cooked well but the “Demi glace” looked and tasted like brown gravy. Our waitress had taken our empty water bottle from the table and never returned with it so we ate dinner with very little water and one fork. Upon finishing we were going to ask for a dessert menu but were just handed the bill. Terrible service. This is not a restaurant.. it’s a club that services upscale steak and seafood. I had to stand in the bathroom and wait to wash my hands because all the young girls were fixing their hair and taking mirror selfies. Do not recommend for a nice night out.
