The food is AMAZING and the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. It is designed for take-out, but it does have a pleasant, and comfortable seating area if you want to sit and enjoy your food there.

Was excited to come back here after trying the buns. We got there at 705 and there were customers already in the store. We were immediately barked at by some older blonde woman who said that she wasn’t open and she hadn’t even brewed the coffee yet. By the looks of the other reviews on here, this isn’t her first rodeo when it comes to being totally rude to people. We will not be coming back. Thanks.

Mrs. Brizzle’s is a IYKYK place!!! Bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel is my jam!! Cinnamon buns are like your first date in high school…delicious but gone in a flash!! It is cash only and call ahead seems to be preferred!! Now the sad news…I don’t know if I’ll be able to afford this joint after getting a parking ticket at the library lot!! 😒 Who am I kidding, I’ll definitely be back at some point!!! Horrible that they only accept cash and then have a atm from 1990 that doesn’t accept a major bank like Chase. Very frustrating when places make it hard to support them. I wouldn’t even mind paying a service fee to use my card. I will never go back here now.

The kids that worked there were really kind, sweet, and working hard. However, the older women was extremely rude to the customers and belittling the kids that were working there in front of customers. It was extremely off putting the way that this women was talking to her staff that was working hard and the customers ordering.

Food is always fresh and they always give big portions. Subs have so much meat in them you could literally make 2 sandwiches. Great food!

Nasty attitude from the older workers. Food is great, but if you are miserable with yourself you don’t need to take it out on your customers 🤣👍🏻

Super turned off by how the food was being handled. No gloves the whole time while making food, and I watched the person touch money and their phone, then go right back to preparing food without washing their hands. It just didn’t feel very sanitary, and that kind of stuff is hard to ignore when you’re about to eat. No hand washing seen at all the whole I was there. Manager was slicing meat with no gloves as well. Gotta build your immune system if you want to go here, definitely go somewhere else if sanitation is a priority for you.

Extremely tough, dry, bagels despite being 8am. Whole family agreed they were pretty bad. Also their Blueberry bagels must have been mixed with onion bagels, as they had an onion taste. That plus the $4 ATM fee cost $16 for 6 bagels we threw away.
