Really poor quality. No cherry bits, no juicy ness. From Philly area where there is a Rita's every few blocks. This product from Sea Isle doesn't measure up.

Picked up Gallon of water ice and drive 20 beach blocks in an air conditioned car. When arrived at destination it was completely watery (picture attached). Called Rita’s and spoke to employee who completely dismissed our concerns of serving liquid water to our team. Would not recommend at all. Obviously their machine must have malfunctioned to not keep it properly frozen while serving. Very disappointed in product and customer service. Buyer beware when ordering large, expensive quantities.

Let me start by saying the owner Steph is truly all about making sure her customers are completely satisfied. I love that she changes her menu up with many different great tasting flavors. She has completely earned my Rita's business all the time. See you guys next year for some more great falvors. I must say the marshmallow and peanut butter ice and strawberry and peanut butter ice are my favorites.

I want to take the time out to say the new owner Steph is amazing. I’ve been coming to this Rita’s for at least 8 summers now being it’s like 4 minutes from my house and this summer is by far the best! She makes sure there are always a variety of water ice flavors as well as custard flavors and you can tell how much she loves her business and customers!

Their customer service is outstanding And their Italian waterways and soft served ice cream is fantastic. It is a must stop for your summer kick back relax cool down. So grab your family and friends and head on down to Rita's and enjoy. And may I just also please add it is a wonderful place for all ages.

The ice was amazing & the workers were so nice

The taste of summer! This location has mint custard, which was a great way to cool down. Also really liked the ocean flavor - something like watermelon, vanilla, and tropical fruit, with shark gummies and mermaid sprinkles.
