Our first time here, Food was exceptional! Charlie our server was great! Can’t beat this restaurant, thank you Frank!
Braised Short Rib was incredible. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Best meal I’ve had in Sea Isle. Vegan options as well
A New Favorite in Sea Isle City!
We can’t believe we haven’t tried Sole Restaurant before—what a gem! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made our family of four (including two little kids) feel incredibly welcome. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and family-friendly, with just the right touch of coastal charm.
Now let’s talk about the pizza—absolutely amazing! Perfectly crisp, beautifully balanced, and full of authentic flavor. We later found out the pizza maker is from Italy, and it shows in every bite. He was so kind and even came by to chat briefly, which our kids thought was the coolest thing ever!
Our server, Ava, was top notch—attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire meal. She made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.
Sole has instantly become a new must-visit for us in Sea Isle. If you haven’t been, go. You’ll wonder, like us, why it took you so long!
A place that pays attention to small details like freshly baked bread for the table is key to a great restaurant. Their homemade freshly baked bread is terrific. Couple that with their solid pizza and excellent simple pasta dishes done right, this place is the best legit Italian in sea isle seven mile area. And they don’t mail in the espresso either. It was the best I had in the area. I will go back to try other dishes for sure.
We had an incredible meal! The polenta was so creamy and delicious. Pizza is a must. Everyone was friendly and provided a warm environment.
Very friendly servers. Very accommodating for us and our kids. Food was excellent. Came out quickly. Highly recommend this place.
Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Daily specials were creative and reasonably priced. Staff was busy but worked very hard to make our experience memorable.

Wonderful meal shared with family at the end of our season. Food was wonderful. Management was very kind in explaining service slower than usual as loss of wait staff. We were not in a hurry & enjoyed everything. Have eaten thu-out season. Perfect ending….

Has the absolute most amazing server, Megan H, and even though it was busy, she did an awesome job checking in on us. 10/10 loved her and the food so much! The crab gnocchi was great as well, and had a bunch of crab!
Vegetarian options: Not too many options, but everything was able to be customized to be vegetarian!

I have had dinner at Sole multiple times since it has opened, and just recently I had the chance to dine there for brunch. I felt compelled to write this review because not nearly enough people were there given how delicious brunch was!!! I particularly recommend the French toast and the Benedict dishes. Dinner or brunch, you should consider Sole… it won’t disappoint.

Brunch was delicious! We had tried to go to sunset pier but there was an hour wait. Sole had no wait and we got our food super quickly. Highly recommend!

The gnochhi had tasty sauce but the gnocchi was mushy ($38), the linguini with clams was overpowered with salt ($35). The staff was friendly. It felt like a cheap Italian restaurant masquerading as an expensive one the way the staff grinds pepper, sprinkles red pepper, and grates parmesan cheese over your dish for you, when the food they are doing this to is olive garden quality.
