So the most disgusting thing happened this morning I walked in to bakin bagels in Ortley beach and the employee was sitting in a chair behind the glass counter picking his nose(yes right in front of me and he didn’t look up from his cell phone) Another employee took my order and then said nose picker got up and reached in the bagel bin and grabbed the bagel with his dirty finger that was just up his nose. Are you kidding me? So I said you’re not serving me that bagel your finger was just up your nose and he turned around and said to me it’s OK. Needless to say to say I left and will never go back there again.

Ok I have to , smh its just not right on so many levels. Look at the reviews for this place. So I ordered Bagle T wit CC. And a soda . The lady behind counter I think was mad I came in and ordered somthing, I felt it and right away she was visible angry and didnt even say ok or just one min just a mean look the other guy was staring off to space literally whole time . Lol. Another patron walked in And asked for a coffee and she said no they dont have it . There was 2 rather big coffee machine all lit up and visibly 3 feet from them. Smh I wished I never went . So he leaves she gives me my bagle wrapped in Saran Wrap. Hahahah not even cut in half. And my soda was 4 months past expiration. OOOOOKKKKAAAAYYYYY!!!!!!! HAHAHHA........ bagle and a come 9.80 lmao I cant ...

3 sandwiches and all were terrible for different reasons. Pieces of plastic in one, thick cut and fatty roast beef on another, and provolone cheese that was smelly and not edible. Probably fine for bagels, but would not get sandwiches here.

There’s so many better bagels on the shore. These tasted unfresh, and nothing like a Jersey bagel. Also the toppings on the breakfast sandwich’s were very stingy and they weren’t cheap.

Terrible attitude. Staff at counter was beyond miserable. No reason at all to be rolling your eyes and making rude comments about customers right in front of them. The older lady working the counter needs a reality check. Owner needs to have a talk with the staff or get a new one. Food was ok but two slices of Taylor ham and one egg is not worth 9$ especially when your staff makes it seem like you’re doing something wrong for simply ordering. You don’t like your job then you should probably quit, I suggest something where you don’t have to interact with people because you’re not good at it.

Bagel is good, service couldn’t be worse. Immediately came to Google to find my service experience seems to be the norm. The girls and woman taking orders were miserable. Having a full conversation while I was trying to order. Didn’t make eye contact with me once. Then rolled her eyes and goes “this one” because I went to grab a drink out of the fridge? If you hate your job maybe don’t work in a bagel shop in the peak of summer.

Bagels were good. Ordered on the phone and on a busy day like Sunday it's normal for them to forget small modifications since I had added hash brown to my bagel and they forgot it. My girlfriend politely stood in line again and showed the order receipt to the brown haired gentleman at the front and the fact that we got a hash brown and paid for it but it wasn't on the bagel. Instead of just offering to replace it, as would be expected, he began to give my girlfriend attitude and about how if we ordered it that way, it would've come that way. Thankfully we had the order receipt that proved it. Then he scoffed and began frying a hash brown to just hand her on the side. This was when I walked up to the front and his attitude immediately changed. He apologized and offered to remake the whole bagel but this attitude towards any customer, especially the contrast between the energy towards a male and female customer is frankly disgusting. Good bagels, bad experience.
