Delicious bagels and homemade cream cheeses.

Apparently the bosses don't believe in air conditioning like the rest of the free world does. It's not quaint or cute or thrifty, it's just annoying to everyone involved. I don't understand how you charge $10-12 for a bagel sandwich but you can't get your staff some decent AC and proper stations. The oppressive heat in this place leads directly to numerous complaints about the staff sweating around food and general bad attitudes from everyone. It might be time to wake up and change your business and management if you're even reading this. I feel bad for the people that work there. They all look completely miserable all the time and obviously the lack of precision with the orders is due to being overwhelmed and understaffed on top of the heat. You'd have to pay me 30 an hour just to do a half shift in that heat and atmosphere. I'll still go there because it's close but they better change something soon or I'm out.

Me and my friends went to get breakfast bagels and wraps and the older woman in her late 40’s I presume was extremely rude in taking our orders and unnecessarily passive aggressive. They didn’t wrap the grilled chicken wrap and basically handed her a salad. They also entirely burned one of the bagel orders and when it was mentioned to get resolved she said “well you wanted it toasted didn’t you?” Yes, I wanted it toasted NOT Burnt! and then she made me another one not toasted with a side of attitude and rude commentary (which also tasted bad) and she slammed it on the table to give it to me. Overall the worst service I’ve ever received, I get a bagel everyday from other places and I’ve never once had this TERRIBLE of an experience.

Only had bagels, they were ok. Service was a little slow too. No big deal though. I would get another bagel there if I was ok with getting an average bagel. Great outdoor seating area.

Excellent food and service layout could be a little better . take the orders at one counter. And pick up at the next instead of all at one
It gets a little congested

Great bagels. They're a bit pricey. Service is great, but in the summer the place where you order gets so incredibly hot. Hot enough where you can see employees with sweat dripping down their face. I don't know how employees work in there. Not to mention hiw dirty it is inside. It's not at all sanitary. The outside is pleasant, though.

Guys an absolute sleez bag 13 dollars for a pork roll and a can of coke in the summer he raises his prices like an absolute scumbag in the summer. I will never step foot in here again. 3.50 for a can of coke and 8 dollars for a pork roll. Guys a loser.

We ordered 5 sandwiches on the phone, checked the bag and only got 4 (which was partially our fault since we didn’t ask them to reread the order back after it was placed, although that should have been done anyway on their end) so we asked for them to make the other one. They very rudely asked which sandwich we were missing and we said we weren’t sure since the sandwiches weren’t labeled. One staff member then replied “yeah we don’t do that, you have to ask for them labeled.” Deli 101 from people who own several deli’s and have for the past 22 years — if you order more than one sandwich and they are different, you label them without the customer needing to request it.
Once they checked our order and read it back to us (which was all correct on the slip) we left and went home. When we got home, 2 of the sandwiches were missing eggs and the slip had eggs written down for those sandwiches. If you are going to charge nearly $11 for a sandwich, that sandwich better be correct.
The service was disappointing, the staff was rude and the prices were too expensive to be messing orders up.
Oh, and make sure you bring tip money so that you can “tip if you think they’re hot.”

I’m a fan of the food, but the unbearable heat and angry staff ruin it. My friends and I ordered ahead of time, waited about 30 minutes, and then went over to pick it up. We were met with so much attitude from two youngish ladies at the front. They insisted we called the wrong location, we showed them we didn’t. I figured they would just take down our order again, but no. They told us no one ever started making our food. Ten minutes later they say it’s our fault because our food has been ready “for an hour”. So which one is it? Definitely not worth the hassle.

Food is fine, but mine was cold by the time they gave it to me which is why I'm not a fan so far.

Waited forever and was never called nor did anyone inquire. Service needs some work.
