How does this place get anything other then 1 star? Reviews on here definitely suspect. Women at the front counter totally incompetent and not to mention rude. Had Pizza, yes it's a larger style slice but still expensive and not at all tasty. 1st and last time here. Beware.

Too many places in the boardwalk have too thin a crust. Thin crust is for Chicago pizza, I want a real jersey slice when I'm at the shore. Thankfully, Dj's got the memo! Their crust has the perfect structural integrity and a nice "bounce" when you bite into it-- crispy on the outside but fluffy and bready on the inside. The sauce has a great spice blend with plenty of flavor. And the cheese! Melty and gooey goodness. This is the essential Jersey slice right here. Looking forward to making the trip back here next year.

Was staying on the boardwalk for a celebration of life happening nearby, checked this place out while walking and the boardwalk and Was blown away. This is hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The crew working here are very kind, personable and respectful. If you find yourself on this boardwalk, don't pay more for worse pizza at other places, and walk on over to these guys and get some of the best pizza I've had nationwide. Tha k you again to the team working here for making such a great impression!

DJ's restaurant is so much fun! Great food. Safe quieter north side of the Seaside Heights Boardside. Have to try it!

I ordered a turkey, ham and swiss cheese hoagie/sub with one slice of prosciutto. I asked them to serve it warm with melted cheese. They did it perfectly with no complaints. They added lettuce, tomatoes and onions with mayo after taking it out of the stove. The employees/cooks were very helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this place.

They were willing to help us choose. Great service and the food was amazing for only $10 a slice and a deep dish. Highly recommend

Very personable owner and staff unlike any other restaurant on the boardwalk. When we were eating there my daughter lost a charm off of her Croc and the owner was nice enough to keep an eye out for us on our return trip from walking the boardwalk to flag us down and give it back to us. No one else would’ve done something like that. Try the burgers and breakfast sandwiches they are the best!
