The very best Chinese I have had at the shore or south Jersey. Maybe even one of the best ever (Top 5 100%). I grew up in Princeton/Plainsboro/Hamilton area and there is some good Chinese.I was blown away here.General Tso was crispy and spicy.Hot and sour, my god was it Devine.Scallion pancakes where perfect and I mean perfect.If you aren’t sure, this is a guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Consistently good. Fast service and tasty. We typically get take out. Mary's dumplings and the crab Rangoon is my go to. We typically order lo mien and a meat dish. Haven't had a bad meal yet.

It was a pleasure finally discovering a Chinese restaurant that provided really decent food. It's conveniently located on Route 35 North in Ortly Beach. Not exactly close to where we live but worth the effort to drive down there for the experience. Who knows after a few more meals we may declare them five stars and our new go to Chinese restaurant. First time at Golden Gate and it will not be my last. So much flavor packed into their dishes- clearly these were made with love. Fast. Affordable. Friendly. If you are in the Mike for Chinese, go no further than Golden Gate Express. ???

You know the food is good when a Karen gives you 5 stars!! Lol I’ve been ordering from here for over 5 years. Food is always fresh and delicious. I only ever had 1 problem where my Mongolian beef was a little too spicy, which it’s supposed to be. And they offered to remake it immediately and even offered delivering it even though they don’t deliver!!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!!
