Went around lunchtime because their menu looked nice. When we entered, we were told they had run out of many dishes we were interested in. Too bad, but we still decided we still wanted the lobster rolls and the lobster bisque. Upon attempting to order those, we were told that they had run out of some of those items, too, and that the rolls that were available wouldn't even come with the sides the menu said they would because...they had run out.

So we ran out of there too. Save your time for another spot!

We were really disappointed with our visit. The restaurant was out of essentially everything on the menu, which set the tone right away. I ordered the lobster roll, which was supposed to come with fries, baked beans, and coleslaw. When they told us they were out of baked beans, we asked if we could substitute with extra fries instead. Instead of being accommodating, they said they would charge us extra and only offered extra coleslaw.

It felt like they weren’t willing to make even the smallest adjustment for customers, especially given how many items they were out of. For the price, the experience and service just didn’t match expectations.

This was a bust.
We ordered, waited 40 minutes for two appetizers, then just left without waiting for the rest of the meal, paying only for the appetizers.

The table and booth seats were not clean and no one bothered to check before seating us there.

Once the orders were put in, we were left to wonder where the food was. To their credit, another person came over to apologize for the wait and explained that their online orders were finally caught up.

However, the original waitress put us off and the experience never recovered. We gave the food two stars because while it was okay, we didn't receive enough of it in the time we allotted for this meal.

Perhaps you will have better luck, but why leave it up to luck when other options exist?

Food was outstanding so delicious my wife and I loved the Miami Heat lobster roll was so delicious and the mac & cheese lobster was incredible. Cute little hidden gem. And Joan was so awesome outstanding server. customer service was awesome very bubbly very happy very cheerful warm and inviting would definitely come come back.

I came in today TWICE! Once in the morning for breakfast I got bacon, egg and cheese with egg Benedict. Both options were amazing, those home fries tasted just like my mother’s! I also came in around 5:30 for a lobster roll i ended up getting 2 (couldn’t decide) I got the Connecticut and added bacon and I also got the blt roll. Both are amazing and have so much lobster. The rolls came with French fries, baked beans and slaw everything was absolutely amazing. I will be back very VERY soon. The girl at the counter was so very polite as well as everyone else in this establishment. See ya soon.

Great service

We went here for breakfast at about 9:30am on a Sunday morning. The place was empty but looked inviting. First of all the server who served us was friendly. To start - when we were seated we were handed dinner menus and before we realized she was gone - okay no big deal. Then - our drink order
No milk for a kid and no orange juice?? Really? Ok on to the food order… they didn’t have about a quarter of the menu available (maybe more) ( maybe they didn’t get an order?) then tell the people before they are seated? Then the food we received was not as described on the menu. Lastly the taste. I had about 4 bites. 1 out of 10 in the food department. Managment needs to address kitchen issues.

I was so excited to finally try this place. I stopped there after the beach with my daughter. We had a Maine lobster roll and a Connecticut lobster roll. Both were delicious but I thought way overpriced. $25 for the lobster roll, french fries that were not even close to good and two little containers of coleslaw. I would rather spend a little bit less money and just have the lobster roll by itself. We also ordered the lobster bisque and it was delicious but $70 for two lobster rolls, inedible fries and a soup was a little disappointing. The girl at the register was very friendly though.

A restaurant that is centered around lobster ran out of lobster! How does that happen? It's understandable for things to happen from time to time, but to run out of the main item that customers come in for, and during dinner hours, is just unacceptable and poor planning. Do better next time so your customers are not inconvenienced when they choose to come to your restaurant...

My husband and I went here for the first time. The food was good. I was disappointed in the size of the lobster roll. It was very well packed but it was on a small hot dog roll. Not too impressive. I was expecting a little bit more. The service was very slow. Place was not crowded and it took about half hour for food to come out. It’s a one and done for me.

The most amazing subs ever. (Why would anyone go to Jersey Mikes when you have this place?) Large fresh cut meats and amazing bread. Quick friendly service. Subs are HUGE with Boarshead meats/cheese. This is our new favorite place for sandwiches. Only wish they were open in the winter months!
