We placed a LARGE (12 pizzas) order for delivery. In addition, we added a 25% tip. The delivery location was literally 2 blocks away.
We also gave specific instructions to call when they arrived and provided the number to call (which was different from the number on the account - on the app).
The delivery person arrived and called the wrong number. Since I was in a meeting, I wasn’t aware of the call. Someone finally went to check and saw the driver.

We went here two summers in a row with issues.
We wanted Zeppoles with our meal. Both summers we were told to “come back Friday”. Both summers we were told to come at a certain time. We paid for them to be ready, came back DAYS later on that Friday, and the time they said, and the owner would tell us no. They don’t have any. Weren’t told to make any, and would give us a hard time as well as claiming we didn’t pay, even with the receipt.
