Food was sub par. We weren’t told when seated (party of 8) that they wouldn’t separate our check. When we went to pay we were told that we had to do the math and separate everything on our check. The food came quick, but we weren’t offered any refills on our empty drinks. Overall it was a less than average experience.

My husband and I have been going to Seaside for the last four years. We always make it a point to go and have breakfast, especially pancakes at "Sunny Hunny". The women that work there are truly amazing, and unbelievable sweet. Four years and I couldn't give you one complaint! Just compliments. If you're in the area check them out. I'm sure the locals also love them as well.

Nice place for a good standard breakfast. Service was good. There was a person in a ELMO costume handing out balloons. They have their own parking lot across the side street to the north.

The place is in need of a major update. Especially the carpeted dining room. Our English muffins served with the eggs Benedict were like leather catchers gloves. Could not even cut them with the wooden handled steak knifes that looked like they were breeding grounds for salmonella. One of the staff members was wearing shorts that looked like they haven't been washed all summer. Waitress staff was nice and prompt.

Awsome place for breakfast! Even has elmo handing out balloons for the kids..! It looks small but can eat outside too. There is a bigger room in the back too. Looks deceiving when u walk in.. I go everytime I go to seaside. It's just outside seaside in lavallette. Like 5 mins down the major road. I think rt 35? Def gotta check it out.. Parking: It's on the side of building. Big lot. Free!
