Any good reviews have to be from the owners buddies. The food here is horrible and service is just as bad. Too bad since its a great location. Go to Stewarts next door for better food (yeah hot dogs and grilled cheese beat this defrosted microwaved crap) and same ambience

Based on everybody's recent reviews I had to go back and make sure I had the right place but yep I do ... Had the worst service, it was belligerent at times to the point where we were walking out. The owner came over and tried to smooth things over so we stayed ... my mistake ... here was my Sandwich ... it was horrible ... look how that tomato is cut ... did the person use their foot to do it??? It certainly wasn't a Ginsu .... overall horrible experience food and service. I hope you get better ... view was nice ...

We came here for a late breakfast/brunch and it was very good. The food is good and well priced, and the service is very friendly. The breakfast sandwiches are great and if you like sweet breakfast foo the Nutella-stuffed French toast is amazing

Nice breakfast (and lunch?) spot, with a perfect view (which is what ur paying for). Service was a good but a little slow. Food was good, nothing to complain about. All in, this is an impressive place to bring "out of towners" when they visit. There are certain times where someone in your table will be murdered by the sun without any relief from the umbrella. Bring some shades and wear some sunblock, it can get a bit uncomfortable.

The food is incredible- the pork chop is to die for. The family service makes the experience exceptional- Rosemary is our favorite waitress and the new chef/new management made this place my new favorite local hot spot. the byob and waterfront tables make it the BEST

My family and I ate here last night and every part of the meal was delicious!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing!!! It is fresh and has a great home cooked flavor. It is a hidden jem and wasn't too busy! We will definitely be returning!

Outdoor seating overlooking the water, great wait staff and the oh, the lobster rolls! Delicious fresh bread stuffed full of chunks of lobster. BYOB is a real bonus. We will definitely go again. Highly recommend!

Our first time in the new place and it was delicious! The crab cakes weren't my favorite, but the calamari was excellent. The lobster ravioli was stuffed with lobster and they gave you plenty! My husband had the scallops with sweet chili sauce and they were cooked perfectly. Highly recommended it!

Well I know they are just getting going so maybe the experience will get better with age but...for now it's to little to expensive. I ordered the special "the NY Strip Steak" and I got a steak. That was all...a steak. Odd I thought, no salad, no potato or vegetables. The lonely steak on the plate certainly did not look like it could command a $34.95 price tag. It was an average steak though it looked smaller than the 14 ounce advertised. Not one to complain I ate my steak and waited for my family to finish their meals so I could get the check and leave the Waterfront for the last time, at least until the restaurant gets up to speed. As a parting shot I was surprised that I couldn't leave my tip on my credit card. I found that so odd?..what if I had no cash on me. I've never heard of this before. I left shocked but it just rounded out the night.

We went and they told us a 15-20 minute wait. We waited 30-35. We sat, ordered, then after we ordered the waitress told us the kitchen was backed up. We looked around to see that only half the restaurant was filled, so we thought that was weird. The table that sat when we first got there didn't even receive their food at this point yet. We waited over an hour for a sandwich and two eggs with potatoes and meat. The food was overpriced. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the avocado was hard. The "brunch" items do not come with sides, so I ordered fries which bumped up the meal total to around $16 for a sandwich for lunch. Will not go back.
