“Cute little place. Waitress was lovely. Food was decent. Nothing to really go crazy and rave about. Very very pricey. More expensive than center city steakhouses! Hated the weird dim led lighting. Guitar guy was fun. Wine was good. We would return but wouldn’t rush back. SP has limited options so, God Bless. Don’t blame you for charging top $. Atmosphere was much nicer than Chef Mike ABG. Updated and clean! A plus for that. Thank you for a fun night 🥰 Bring on summer”

“This place has amazing food in a beautiful location….on the beach! Chef Mike was so gracious and generous when he agreed to have our wedding at his restaurant. The staff were amazing! Food was incredible and if I had to do it again, I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you for making our day so special!”

“I just wanted to reach out & thank your staff on duty from Friday 8/18 Especially Rod/Ron the Manager (my apologies I don't remember his name exactly) for outstanding customer service! We were at the restaurant Friday evening. It was the last night of our family Seaside Vacation and our first time dining at The Sawmill. We were seated promptly(young hostess with curly hair and an air cast), drinks & food orders were taken very quickly(female server with dark curly hair and an accent). Our beverages came out in a flash, and our appetizers were moments behind. When my teenage son reached across for some tasty pretzel bites...he knocked his full orange soda into his lap (and shirt) , onto the floor, & even onto me! We sent him to the restroom to try and clean himself up while we motioned for help, we didn't want anyone to slip on the wet floor! Within seconds your staff responded in the best possible way. Your manager was mopping up the floor, our server was bringing a replacement soda, one of the ladies bussing tables hustled over with towels. By the time my son returned from the restroom my husband and I were discussing how to proceed (Run back to the house to change or by new clothes on the boardwalk) when Rod/Ron appeared on bended knee next to my son with Sawmill t-shirts in tow asking his size so he could change his shirt. My son initially refused because; it was "all his fault & he didn't deserve it" but; Rod/Ron persisted and convinced my son that these kinds of things happen to everyone. A point I was just making to my child, when my son heard this he accepted. The way your staff responded in the moment took what could have been an awful end to our vacation into a very bright spot because of how attentive and supportive your staff was. “Stopped here for some food after our trip to the beach and loved the boba and food! My kid said the grilled cheese was “Bussin” and the donut grilled cheese was amazing according to my older child! Definitely would go to try something else on the menu!”

“This is the best pizza place on the entire boardwalk!!! My kids love their pizza and it's always a "must stop" on the boardwalk for us. The food is always fresh, there is a large seating area and the best part is that they are open all year round! Also you can order online if you don't feel like leaving the house. Highly recommending it!”

“I work on the boardwalk in seaside heights cleaning the boards and the last several weekends I’ve come there to get pretzels and there always fresh, hot and very enjoyable and it’s always the same 2 young lady’s working and they always have a smile on there face and always very polite job well done!”

“Great laid back atmosphere for fun drinks and live music. BUT people need to clean up after themselves and staff needs to wipe tables down in between customers. Over the weekend there was trash all over the sand and sticky tables.”

“We’ve been renting in seaside park for 8 years now and we’ve been coming to this place for ice cream throughout the years. The workers are always great, however we came here the past weekend and my son was disappointed in the Superman ice cream since it is his favorite to get there and it was different this time. I don’t know if you guys have switched brands or if it is just the beginning of the season, but I was wondering if you guys will go back? Other than this, 10/10 establishment!”

“OMG. This place is fabulous. I was there for a Pidyon HaBen. They had superb apps, insane Rib-Eye & DelMonico steak and scrumptious desserts, along with open bar, slushes and ices. The staff was attentive, professional and prompt. And just incredible vibes. I would definitely come here again. Just invite me !!”

I ordered a special drink and she went out of her way to see if the bar had the ingredients to make it. She paid a lot of attention to us as appropriate. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and great service. PF Chang has fabulous food we loved everything.”

“I would give them 3 out of 5 stars. since the day they opened, inconsistent with food and drinks. one day the sliders are medium, the next well done. one day your $16 martini is full, the next it's missing the top inch of the drink. one day the pizza is ok, the next time is soup. last time the service was just ok. tonight she was great.”

“Wow The best Italian restaurant at the jersey shore if you go Friday or Saturday you better get a reservation I would suggest you get one during the week also to be safe. Byob food and atmosphere are outstanding and the hostess waitresses and owner are so nice they make you feel like you were invited to their home for Sunday dinner with the family.”
