Good bagel place in a high tourist area. Bagels are excellent, service is adequate, and prices are what you'd expect in a tourist area. Bagels priced right, but coffee drinks a bit high.
I am a regular customer for about half the year. I love it in September and October, but still not overly friendly customer service.

I’m honestly surprised this place has lasted as long as it has. The staff and ownership come across as immature and unprofessional — more like a group of teenagers running a pop-up than a serious business. The food and overall presentation feel sloppy and thrown together, and the atmosphere reflects the same lack of care. Everything about the operation seems rushed and amateurish. Definitely not the quality or professionalism you’d expect from a local spot trying to build a good reputation.
