A very big Thank you to Chef Mike and the wonderful staff at abg's for over 20 years of fabulous food, and fine dining in Ocean County! Pistachio encrusted tile fish was sublime last night! So sad to say goodbye after many wonderful times here! I hope a new venture is coming soon.

Food was good but, for me and my friends, the noise level was off the charts. We were a party of 5 seated next to a party of 11 that was blowing noisemakers like on NYE. There was also a man playing piano that contributed to the noise but you couldn't appreciate what he was playing because it was so loud. We also waited 40 minutes for our table and then they apologized and said there was a mix up. I know the place is closing so the review is irrelevant but it was a disappointing experience.

We had a lovely dining experience from start to finish. Our server, Christina, was welcoming, informative, and attentive. Our dining choice of Shrimp Francaise and Filen medallions were outstanding. We are truly disappointed to learn this hidden gem will be closing by the end of the year. My advice, go as soon as you can and enjoy!
Ordered the goat in the coat app - very good- although I remember the tomatoes being chopped up a bit more.- still good-chopped salad delicious as always I had the grilled lobster special - large one-very good- my partner ordered the asian noodle tuna - very good although heavy on the sauce- could be a bit lighter -would taste the same. bartender spot on ! LOVe the hospitality! top notch for me.

On September 26, 2025 our server Samantha pocketed our $200 in cash and charged the full amount if the bill to my credit card. I hope I can get my money back before they go out of business.

Great birthday dinner. I'm so sad that the restaurant will be closing 12/31/25. Get there before it closes. Expensive but worth it. Hopefully Chef Mike will find a place close by. Maybe Pt Pleasant?
