I don’t know how anyone can rate this place under 5 stars!! Best milkshakes for a very reasonable price. Food is also amazing, Kevin was extremely nice and was extremely fast making everything I ordered!! Will be coming back :-)

Received old pretzel while fresh ones were coming out of oven. One dollar for mustard is insane!Walk a few feet to another vendor and get all the mustard you want, free.Will never visit again.

Worst staff and ownership. Waited 10mins for fresh pretzels which I was okay with but when I got the pretzels they were cold and the son's owner which was working the counter gave me the pretzels told me it's cold because the top of the cup was old and the bottom was fresh. Which made no sense to me as I waited for fresh pretzels. So I told him I don't want it to give me my money back and he told me no and came around the counter to come fight me. Makes a lot of sense to come fight a customer. The manager told me I didn't hire him he is the son's owner. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and the franchise should look into the ownership.

I work on the boardwalk in seaside heights cleaning the boards and the last several weekends I’ve come there to get pretzels and there always fresh, hot and very enjoyable and it’s always the same 2 young lady’s working and they always have a smile on there face and always very polite job well done!

Awful service, rude staff and horrible pretzles! Ordered a party platter, had to toss the entire 80.00 platter. Called to report the problem( burning the inside of our mouths, stomach upset) an employee said the solution they dip the pretzels in to make them shiney could have been mixed incorrectly, that could cause that reaction. I asked to have a manager call to refund us or replace, to no avail. Do not recommend this place at all.
Philly Pretzels Factory, 1924 Promenade,Seaside Park. The pretzels here are excellent.Menu is well rounded. Menu prices arereasonable for this area. Staff is very help fulland friendly.
