Amazing margaritas, chips and salsa! Sitting on the deck with the ocean view is always so fun. The food itself is ok, their cheese isn't gluten free which is difficult as my family and I have celiac. We wish there were more gluten free options as we love the spot.

Spicy cantinaGood food. Ordered a taco bowl and added all of my friends side dishes. Since they didn't eat them. And together everything was great. The bowl wasn't that fresh sadly. I wanted it crunchy/crispy. We were on the 2nd floor balcony sides and we heard people loudly talk about their religion on a blow horn on the boardwalk.

Found a hairl, and our salsa the food was OK. The atmosphere night was better with a band and DJ.

Excellent food and service! We always come down for the awesome margaritas and amazing Mexican food. They often have great bands and the atmosphere is really fun. There are multiple bars, so it’s easy to get a drink and find a seat.Vegetarian options: LotsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options. The food is mediocre at best. My daughter and I had tried multiple things on the menu at various times and none of it was anything to write home about. Bland and boring overall; I don't know that anyone in the kitchen had ever heard of these new things called "spices". The irony of calling this place "Spicy Food & Spirit" is overwhelming. We've had a number of their appetizers, burgers, and paninis and were gloriously underwhelmed by all of it. Many of the items on the menu are straight out of the supermarket freezer section. Also, be prepared for CRAZY wait times -- or not being served at all. We went this past Friday (2023-Sept-1) and were told to sit anywhere we like in the outside seating area, which worked fine for us. There was one couple seated at another table and that was it so it wasn't like they were busy. We sat there for about 15-20 minutes and not a single member of the waitstaff came anywhere near us. Furthermore, the host who told us to sit anywhere (who was busy with what was obviously a personal conversation which apparently I interrupted) left about five minutes after we sat down, and a new hostess appeared -- who promptly got on her smartphone and tuned the rest of the world out. My daughter and I got up and left and I'm sure nobody at the restaurant noticed or cared. On our visit immediately prior to this one we waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, 40 minutes before the food arrived, and another 45 minutes before we got the check -- all for a salad, plate of nachos, and a burger. During neither visit was the restaurant busy; it wasn't the lunch or dinner rush and there were plenty of open tables around us. So, to summarize: Slow and care-free waitstaff, apparently-oblivious management, and bland and boring supermarket freezer food. Overall this is a real shame; the boardwalk deserves a good Tex-Mex place and unfortunately the only thing it has is this.

Nice seating, Great service. Terrible food. Worst Coronarita I ever had. Not frozen and tasted like some really cheap liquor. Made me want water. Also don't confuse it with the Spicy Cantina upstairs.

The food for me was okay, the tacos were not the worst but not the best. My rice was also undercooked. However, the margaritas were spot on! They were fresh and well balanced. I really enjoyed the drinks, but the food could be better. The service was pretty good. Our waitress was attentive and checked the table periodically to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend giving the margaritas a try.

We dined outside, that was the best part of our meal. I think I ate the worst tasting raw oysters of my life. My sister said the peel & eat shrimp were okay. My daughter said the caprese salad was bland and the texture of the cheese was off. Other food at our table was mediocre at best. The boardwalk fries were pretty good but different from the not very good fries included in a chicken tenders combo…Server was not around much. I asked for a refill of my coke, she forgot and then showed up much later with a Diet Coke when I told her it was diet, not regular she argued with me that I was wrong, that the next one would taste the same. Then she came back with a Coke that was indeed the Coke I asked for and not diet. My sister ordered a beer off the menu was told it was out of stock and had to order a different one. Just not a pleasant experience.

Good service, good views. Enchiladas weren't very good at all. Verde sauce was very meh. Margs were off.Chips and salsa were pretty good. Everything felt store bought really.

Wow this bar is way overpriced. Compared to the other bars in seaside the drinks are more expensive. The place is crowded and very loud. The bartenders are not ver friendly.

We've been going here for many years since it first opened. Their mahi tacos are really good and I love their chicken tortilla soup served in a big taco shell. It's so nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the waves during dinner. Their Corona-ritas are really good too.
