I never had a bad experience at the Sawmill until today. My family and I asked for a table outside and the "so called" Hostess, Darian, was rude and obnoxious. When we told her she shouldn't have a attitude with the customers, she went inside to tell her friends, the "food runners". When they served us our meal, they started aggressively confronting us and said we should never curse at the hostess, which never happened. Our server was kind and friendly and promptly told one of the managers who then took the first round of drinks off our bill. We have been to the Sawmill many times and were never treated with such disrespect before. The food was good and we tipped our server for her great service, but I am surprised that they hire rude people there!

Wow, this place was really good, nice menu, our food was fantastic! We ordered a Philly Pork and Rabe sandwich and a Philly cheesesteak wrap, both sandwiches came with delicious fries. We also got 1 slice of pepperoni pizza and split it, it was mouth watering, I would definitely recommend this place!! Hostess was alittle rude, but didn't have to put up with her. Our waitress was superb!!!!

A Seaside Park classic that my family has visited for decades. Their claim to fame is the oversized pizza. The menu is quite extensive. Fries are great. All the sandwiches and dinners we’ve hD over the years have been very tasty. Plenty of TVs throughout the place for sports watching. Only concern is the hostess seemed bothered to seat us. Our server, Jessica I believe, was fantastic

FYI, the Sawmill doesn’t take online orders or phone orders. They only offer in-person service. What is this, 1980?!?!

Absolutely hated their pizza..Sorry but the pizza had a funny bird flavor to it and I was very disappointing

Great place on boardwalk for lunch or dinner. Pizza is really good, burgers, good selection they have everything. Can get a little busy and crazy depending on time of day and month you are there. Good time with friends .

I like to go to the Sawmill on football Sundays. They offer a nice pig roast and have a wide variety of foods if you prefer to use the menu. They are famous for their huge pizzas!

Went in middle of slow afternoon and sat at bar, and ordered pizza and pint. Pizza took extraordinarily long and wasn't good. Bar was dirty, crumbs and residues from prior serving were evident, while staff was disengaged and socializing. Will not go back.

We ordered a pie to bring back to our hotel for dinner. We ate three slices and took the rest home after our vacation. I brought Ziploc bags from home and litterly had to fold the slice in half to fit lol

Everything went right with our dining experience at the end of July. Our waitress was fantastic! She had our table of 9 and two other large tables. She quickly took our orders and our food and drinks were fantastic. I know restaurants are struggling with good help, but our waitress was on top of everything! And our food came out timely and was hot and delicious! Great job Sawmill!!

Pizza is massive. Over 2 ft wide. Fun part is eating this super oversized pizza. Pizza itself, crust lacked flavor, sauce tasted like ragù and cheese was on the oily side. Service was pretty good. Very crowded. Overall, it just felt unsanitary possibly due to the large crowd.

A staple location on the boardwalk, right at the border of Seaside Park and Seaside Heights, Sawmill stands as one of the Jersey Shore's premier pizza places, and naturally draws a large crowd. It has Dave Portnoy's seal of approval.

Stopping by the Sawmill for dinner, I had the Shrimp Scampi, this dish was out of this world. I enjoy the atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. One of my favorite spots to go, especially when the Baseball games are on. thank you

A first-time visit to this famous large pie pizza place. We ordered a slice to try and it was good, not great but good. I ordered a sandwich with pulled pork, Broccoli rob, and provolone cheese. It was very very good. So look at the menu and order something other than pizza.
