I have been going here for years and never had any complaints until now. I recently discovered that there is a new owner and all I can say is he is NO Jimmy! The new owner is rude and has an attitude problem. This all started a few weeks ago when he went to hand me my change and I tapped on the tip jar. He called me rude for trying to leave a tip! Then the other day I got into an argument with him after he basically threw the bag with my buttered roll in it at me. We exchanged words and he basically said if I don’t like it, don’t come here any more. This is how you treat customers and run a business? This new owner needs to learn what customer service is and start respecting the people who patronize his store. Needless to say, I will NOT be supporting his business any more. It’s a shame because I really did enjoy the bagels & rolls.

I called to place an order of 2 easy sandwhiches . Half way through my order she put me on hold for another call and proceeded to take their order . I waited a minute or 2 and she clearly cared more about the bigger order . So I just hung up and went to Clifton bagels

Stopped in twice due to its proximity to where I was staying in town. Awesome place, very tasty sandwiches and portions felt huge. Staff was very friendly and seemed to have a lot of regulars. I will dream about this bagel until I can come back to

Egg and cheese with turkey bacon bagel × 3 I'll give it 5 stars. A sesame seed bagel with cream cheese 5 stars as well.
